Rude Front Desk Nice older Rooms Checked in about 2 on a Thursday afternoon it's older building but very cute great location. My issue was with the lil girl checking me in she was on her phone the whole time not friendly very rude and very rushed she seemed as if she didn't wanna be there _. Came down to ask if there was wifi code and she said very rudly didn't I give you the code so I just walked off. Left had a bite to eat came back there was another lady at the front desk very nice always had a smile and said hi or by when I was coming or going very nice lady sorry can't Remember if it was Alisha or Ashley but who ever she always had a smile on her face. I had a room with my own bathroom which was great I will come back again when in Beverly hills for work but I will check in later next time to avoid the morning girl..

Air Conditioner Doesn't Work; Staff Response is "You get what you get" I've stayed here before and had a really positive experience. But this time around my experience has been really surprising. I got a room with an air conditioner, which I've really needed because it's been very hot and I've had to work from my room a number of days. But the air conditioner does not work; it blows out warm air, in fact. I've spoken to the staff three times about this, each time in a very polite way. Hotel del Flores is not fancy, and I appreciate that about it. But I was promised an air conditioner, and this one is not working. The response I've gotten is "The room is what it is." No attempt to fix the air conditioner or move me. Just, "tough." One of the clerks has also been really belligerent. She kind of yells at me for bringing it up. I take her reaction to mean she's frustrated too, and probably I'm not the first person she's had to deal with who's mentioning this. But it has not felt great to have her take that out on me. I was told the only thing I could do is email the info address with my concerns. I've done so now, and I'm hoping they'll refund some of my money. We'll see how it goes. Again, this hotel has a great location, it's very affordable, and the last time I was here the atmosphere was really wonderful. I don't know what's going on right now, but it's definitely worrisome. Something to be aware of.

Unsafe place As a woman travelling alone my main concern is safety at night. This hotel has old worn furniture, dirty carpets, non working TV's and rusted bath tubs, but honestly I am never in so I don't really care as the position was favorable for my business trip. SAFETY IS A BIG CONCERN in this hotel. ALL the staff leaves at 8 pm, leaving the hotel completely unguarded all night. In addition, the front door does not lock by itself, the client needs to turn around and manually close it, well you know how many people don't do it right ? This morning I got up for my meeting and there was a homeless man in the lobby. During the night someone tried to violently open my door, I yelled at them and luckily they left. Now there is yelling in the hallway, people knocking on doors and running in the hallway. It should not be allowed that people run a hotel like this. You purchase a room with the expectation of safety, which here is not guaranteed, If you are a woman travelling alone stay away from this place.

Not worth the low price Do not go here. It may be cheap financially but that’s exactly what you’re going to get. It’s so cheap it’s unsafe and unsanitary. There were stains on our pillows and sheets, odors leaking from the toilet bowl cover that didn’t fit, numerous missing lights, rust in the tub and on the light switch which could lead to infection and electrocution, broken furniture, and so on. On top of all this, the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. When asked to speak with a manager, there was “never” one available which seemed like an easy out for how often I’m sure they get these complaints. Please if you are going to Beverly Hills, actually experience the beauty of it and stay somewhere else.
