Avoid until renovations are complete We booked this hotel through their website and there was no indication that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We arrived after driving for 8 hours and walked into a complete mess. Workers were in the lobby area laying carpet, sanding, etc. The entire breakfast area was blocked off with poly and a meeting room was being used for the breakfast area. Tables and chairs were sitting on top of the plastic covered floor. We asked the desk clerk for a quiet room away from the elevator. We got to our floor and the room she assigned to us backed right up to the elevator. There were noisy fans blowing down the hallway. It smelled like glue and paint even in the room. There was dust from remodeling on the furniture and the toilet bowl was stained. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all and when we mentioned leaving she said she couldn't guarantee we would get a refund. I called Hilton and talked to their customer service dept. They did agree to issue a refund so we left and found another hotel close by. Hilton should be aware of renovations and always indicate this on their website. Had we known ahead of time we would never have booked this hotel.

Overall ok stay Clean room overall. Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning the room. Overall the hotel needs a good TLC with some attention to detail in the rooms. Grout issues especially in the bathroom need attention. New pillows and mattresses would be nice. The front desk staff at night was nice and professional.

Family visit Nice hotel with great breakfast. Only problem was only 1 of 2 elevators were operating and took too long calling one to 4th floor. Gave them the benefit of a doubt about getting it repaired since it was the weekend. Young lady managing the breakfast did a great job.

Enjoyed my visit, was a returning guest and will return again. I truly enjoy this Hampton Inn. Location, excellent and quiet. Nice mountain view. Shopping and dining all around, great roads, convenient. Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. And I will say, I always enjoy the breakfast at this hotel, the staff making and serving is always so pleasant and the food quality excellent. Nice pool, quiet, well maintained, a very good Hampton Inn.

It is a very peaceful, restful and good place to stay and relax to do all other schedules that we are in town for. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It was very good time of stay for me. I was traveling from the other side of the globe, I was very tired but thank God had a good rest here. The breakfast was good. It is in a very safe area.
