Excellent customer service and accommodations Everyone from the front desk and sales manager to housekeeping was superb. I'd especially like to acknowledge Jocelyn in housekeeping. Excellent service at the front desk is a given, but how often do we interact with the hard-working housekeeping staff? I asked a question, she answered so politely, offered additional assistance, was kind, and so friendly. She asked if our room was ok and if we needed anything else. Our room was extremely clean.

weekend getaway The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a little beat up. They only clean the room once every four days. No shampoo in the dispenser. Had to go down to the front desk to get it along with some towels. There was not a safe in the room as advertised. The room was very noisy we could hear the folks next door. And Every footstep from the room above. The area seems nice.

Great Location .The room, as far as floor and linens, was really clean and fresh. Loved the shades and curtains that allowed me to choose how bright the room would be. Some of the furniture had age, but it was from normal use and I respect them for using what did not need to be replaced to save money. 2.Safe location-I travel alone and I felt like I could walk around the area safely 3.Close to mall and great restaurants such as Red Robin. Sam’s club was nearby too. Local places for hanging out were within four minutes. 4. Hot tub did not work. That was my only disappointment.

Inconvenienced I am an Honors Member who checked in Saturday June 17,2023 for a leisurely stay. I had gone up to the room to put my bag down and inspected the bed to find strands of hair in the bed. I notified the front desk of this by requesting the sheets to be charged. I was informed I had to change the sheets myself, doing the job of house keeping which should’ve been taken care of before check-in. I couldn’t get any food or a drink from the bar because the bartender and kitchen closed the at 730 and wasn’t accepting anymore customers because the bartender had an family emergency. So, I had to leave the hotel again to go get something to eat. I emailed management of this issues and sent photos of the bed and wanted to be compensated for the inconvenience of services, especially the cleanliness since Hilton rest assures us as members and customers that we don’t have to worry about there sanitation process and procedures. And management did not respond to me.

Great location This is a great location that is near to restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quite. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The only issue I had was the noise of the shower being turned on- it vibrated very loudly when you turned it to hot water. Still I would stay anytime.
