Excellent hotel It was a great experience and place to stay. Rooms were clean and smelled great. Room was nice and cool when entering as Boise was 105° that day

Great hotel and staff! The staff was wonderful and helpful! I loved their breakfast they provided and the room was clean and was a nice stay. Even all the other guests that were at the hotel were all friendly too. Overall highly recommend!

Log floating in a clogged toilet Chec in progress was horrible. It took at least 30 minutes to find my reservation. After arriving in my room I realized the toilet had poop in it. Hotel staff came up tried to flush it and couldn’t because it was clogged. After a lengthy process with a plunger, a mess all over the bathroom, and me having to ask him to clean it up. I was finally able to go to sleep hoping that they actually put new sheets and towels after in the room after the last person stay. I really wish I could have got a new room but everything in town was sold out.

Avoid room 101 Let me start by saying that I arrived to this hotel quite late and very tired. We were having to get up super early the next morning, so I opted to deal with the issues I had with the room on my own & did not bring them to the hotel’s attention. So, to be completely fair, I can’t speak to how the hotel might’ve corrected the issues. First off, the front desk clerk was wonderful- very helpful & polite. Upon cursory glance, the room looked very nice. However, the room wasn’t up to my usual standards for cleanliness. The sheets appeared to have small blood stains and the bathroom had hair all in the tub. I cleaned the tub myself & took the top sheets off, sleeping with our own blankets. These problems were the only ones that could have maybe been addressed by the staff. The bigger problems were with the room itself & the only fix would be moving rooms. We were in 101. If you are given that room and sensitive to light, immediately say you want another room. There is a spotlight put directly on the window and even the black out curtains do very little to keep the room from looking like mid day at 1am. The air conditioner had seen better days and was on full blast to get us to a very humid/stuffy 72. We are on a two week road trip across the US & this hotel is the only one I’ve been disappointed in and we’re over halfway at this point. I usually like Hyatt’s & this feels out of the ordinary for the brand.

Good experience overall Breakfast times could be more accommodating. We were there for travel softball tournaments and we had early games. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am and we weren’t able to grab any food before a long day on the field as we left the hotel before 7am every morning. It would have been nice to get a good breakfast before a long day in the sun.
