Smelly and NO TV STATIONS! Never have I ever stayed in a hotel that has ZERO TV stations!! I'm sorry, 2 infomercial stations, and on demand pay for movies. This hotel is NOT cheap to stay at, even budget motels have TV! The smell is less to be desired when u walk in the room. The check in was rediculous and i was told that I should come back this evening to get my pillows...so I did, and the rude night lady said, they were all gone! Told there may be breakfast which I assume will NOT be a thing. The beds are comfy, minus needing extra pillows. The lobby is where the hotel put the most attention, it's beautiful , yet deceiving. Definitely not worth the money at all! I still have another day to deal with it.

Great Stay for our short weekend. In town for a volunteer gig for me, mixed with a couple's short weekend getaway. We loved our room and the personnel on site. Very clean looking and smelling. Comfortable bed. My wife greatly enjoyed the pool. Great personalities while being very professional and prompt with any of our requests. Wonderful location. Planning on returning and considering this on future trips. (sorry for the delay, Sonesta!).

Terrible experience with family. Go elsewhere. My husband and I booked on night at Sonesta Select, while we were in town for our daughter’s sporting event. When we arrived, were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned yet. After some time, we were given another room on the same floor. The entire hallway smelled like marijuana. When we reported it to the front desk, the response we got was that whomever was doing it would be charged. We took our two young children down to the pool, which is fine until an elderly individual entered. The individual entered the pool fully clothed and announced to everyone that she was homeless and staying at the hotel. We ended up packing our children up and leaving the pool area, as we were concerned about safety, as well as the unsanitary nature of what we were seeing. When we reported it to the desk, the only response was that that person would be leaving the following day and not welcome back. After the kids had showered and crawled into bed, vacuuming, started in the hallway after 9 PM. This hotel is not worth the money or the stars it’s been given. Book elsewhere.
