Great place to stay anytime This hotel is superb! Our room was upgraded, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was packed with locals due to Hurricane Helene. Nevertheless, the staff worked hard to provide a quality breakfast with smiles. They were working to help others when they may have been victims of the hurricane as well. My compliments!

Disappointing policy regarding cancellation We had a one night reservation but unfortunately a hurricane is coming our way (Florida) with expected wind, flooding, tornadoes etc expected in SC when we were supposed to be there. They would not refund our money. I understand cancellation policies, however, it seems like when there’s a hurricane and expected weather they would be more lenient. Very disappointing.

Great Hampton! This is a great Hampton close to a lake area. It also has rocking chairs outside and a small but very nice swimming pool. Service is absolutely friendly. They also have big suite/family rooms that are very nice. I stayed here for one night in July and loved it.

Very Nice I had an outstanding stay at the hotel. A variety of conveniences that improve the entire stay were provided in the tidy, tastefully furnished, and cozy rooms. It's a terrific option for both business and leisure travelers because of the inviting ambience. The hotel offered exceptional service. Comfort and pleasure were guaranteed by the staff, who were attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any requirements or requests.

Remember When Hampton Was a Reliable Hilton Brand ??( We have stayed here in the past and were horrified to see the decline in this property. The stains on the comforter meant either that it had not been washed between guests--absolutely gross--or needs to be replaced. The floors were dirty throughout the hotel, furniture in the room and breakfast area was dingy and ragged, staff seemed largely non-existent, and breakfast was meh. We will not being staying here again.
