if you love your life find somewhere else to stay I would never stay here. I booked a room here and I was immediately shocked at what I saw. I saw blood stained sheets. soap with pubic hair on it. used towels with stains that were on the shelf for the next person to use. I immediately spoke with Sunny who advised he would not refund me my money back. He advised there was nothing he would be able to do. After covid they just don't care anymore I see. I wish I could upload the videos to see in detail what I saw. Deplorable conditions. Take the name HOTEL off because that is straight deceit.

RUN. And STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE STAY AWAY! WILL BE REPORTING TO THE TEXAS HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND ALL OTHER AGENCIES POSSIBLE. They just don't care here. You are better off sleeping under a bridge! Save your money. You pay for what you get. Dirty rooms. Mold. Mildew. Dirty sheets. Bugs. Drug addicts and more. RUN far away from here!

WORSE STAY EVER!! This has to be the worse hotel I have ever stayed Roach infested Told them at front desk and all They did was hand us a can of roach spray Dirty Mold in shower in restroom Room smelled like cigarette The pool never closed so All night could here people in pool Couldn’t go to pool because people smoking pot at pool Feet were so black on bottom from the floor Just plain filthy Unfortunately couldn’t find anything else available to stay Or would have..

Worst hotel in Corpus Worst place I have ever stayed at. Sleep at the beach instead of staying here. First room sent too was not even done yet all dirty. Second room which was suppose to be there best because of the inconvenience was clean but had a smell of mildew and after walking it had water coming for the floor. Then the restroom sink underneath had black stains of what looked like mold. They refused to cancel my reservation and said there was nothing they could do. Didn't stay there and they refused to refund the money so stay clear of this place.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had I checked in on a Thursday evening and arrived at my room. I arrived at my room. I cross the room barefoot twice any my feet were black and covered in sand and dirt. I used the shower and the water would not turn off fully on my 3rd morning. I called the hotel, no answer. Then went to the front desk no one there. Called later and they answered and told them about the shower issue. After explaining it 4 times they promised to fix it that day. I arrived back at my room and water was still running. I went to the front desk, room phone dead, and told them. They said could not fix it l, maintenance was off for the day. The offered to have it fixed within an hour, possibly, I said could not wait one hour, or more, to go to bed. Asked for different room. I was told there were none, hotel full. I said that is unacceptable and expect a refund for the night. They told me that my reservation is nonrefundable. I said that only if they provide what I paid for. They said not refundable. I said I’d fight it through my credit card company. Then, a miracle occurred, so to say, they had a room that I could switch to, despite the hotel being full. I moved to the new room and it was dirty, rust, highly marked up and dirt in every corner. Even unwrapped soap in tub. Large piece of paper on floor. The worst hotel customer service I have seen, dirty, no filthy, rooms, gaps under door, grey colored towels, and ridiculous policies. One policy is if sans is found in the room there will be a cleaning free of$250. In a beach area, impossible not to bring in at least some sand. Awful, unpleasant, and rude. Never stay here. It is not worth it at any price.
