Trash and scam artist if you ask me This is the worse place to go to they’ll let you make a reservation and pay for it non refundable and when to get there they want to charge you an additional $75 dollars to let you stay there after you already paid and had your room reserved. This is a place that is bad for business and a complete rip off I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. Take my word for it it’s 100% the worse place to go and it should be shut down for fraud and stealing peoples money

Horrible if you expect a nice stay over Rooms outdated and stinky. Beds are horrible, attitude of staff is horrible. Not clean and didn’t have a smoke alarm in the room we stayed in! The night stand was missing a drawer, the beds made noise when sitting on them.

NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! The owners wife of the hotel was front desk receptionist and she refused to cancel are room until i showed her videos of the room and told her i was going to post it online. All my towels hasd black stains the floor was so dirty i didnt even wanna take my shoes off the ac was broken and had ants everywhere. This hotel need to be inspected and shutdown.

Stay away from here! This place was the pits! First of all it's supposed to be an ACCESSIBLE ROOM. Having the closet rod lower DOES NOT make it an ACCESSIBLE room. It had a regular tub/shower so I could not bathe myself because it did not have a seat or handicap bar. Then the phone didn't work! I had to call the front desk with my cell & when I told her it didn't work, she wasn't concerned & didn't offer to fix it or send someone to find out why it didn't work. There are NO do not disturb signs & because we got in late & wanted them to clean the room later, she quickly said "No, they only come once!" so we didn't have our room cleaned or get fresh towels. It smelled horrible too. We sprayed Febreze in the room, but it didn't help! We also were supposed to have HBO, they even had a tv guide for it, but I don't know why because there was NO HBO. We had like every sports & news channels, even CSPAN (??), but much of else. They had 2 fridges, IDK why, & the top one didn't work & smelled like spoiled meat...GROSS! Why is it even in the room???? The dresser was even missing a drawer!?! We didn't even bother trying the continental breakfast because we were afraid we might get sick since the place was so bad. The only good thing was that the AC worked great. This place is rundown, old & smelly...don't bother staying here. Pay more & stay somewhere else!

Do not stay here if you carry electronics I stayed at this location alone around June 3 and 4th. The afternoon of the 4th I came back to find all of my things rearranged (although nicely and everything was put away) though there was NO reason to move anything in order to make the bed. I left housekeeping half a chocolate cake and tipped them $2. When I got home my laptop (which was in my bag the entire time) showed signs of being tampered with. First of all my Facebook page was set to Spanish language. NONE of my saved passwords worked. The laptop is brand new and now, most sites crash within 30 seconds of loading and continue to crash every minute or so. I iive in a small WTX town with no way of having this fixed. THIS WAS A BRAND NEW LAPTOP BOUGHT IN FEBRUARY. There is no other explanation exccept housekeeping tampering with it.
