Worst vacation if my life I would like to say that this trip was an absolute nightmare we used uplift flexpay while booking on the whyndam app and when we arrived at the hotel Leo was very unhelpful and rude to us I showed him the email from uplift stating a virtual credit card was provided to the hotel when we booked he looked at us like we were crazy and said they didn't have any information about it even though I had a Confirmation email he would even try and find out how to make this work just said it wasn't paid for and we would have to pay for the room that was already paid for i was 2100 miles away from home and had no choice but to pay for a night then the next morning I called uplift and whyndam support only to find out Leo canceled our booking as a no show even though we paid for the room which made it impossible for whyndam support to help me I wound up using all my spending money on my only vacation for the year to have a bed to sleep in at this moment I would never sleep In or recommend any whyndam hotel worst experience of my life

Few upgrades needed and smoking area away from entrances Facilities are clean but need updating. Lamp shades broken and paint needs touching up. They need a designated smoking area away from the entrances. We had an eerie feeling walking past a bunch of guys hanging out at the door at 10 pm. Some protein would be nice as well as extending breakfast to 10 am.

Good quality for the price. The service was great. Very clean room. Easy to check in/out. No loud noises. And there's a food plaza within walking distance.

TERRIBLE. Unsafe, filthy, disgusting. AVOID this place at all costs. For the sake of yourself and your family, DO NOT stay here. It is unsafe and filthy, with food and trash in the hallways, people camping/living in the parking lot, and others doing drugs in the parking lot. The owners care nothing about customers or customer service. My wife and I took one look at the disgusting room, with dirty floors, dirty beds, and dirty bathroom, and immediately booked a different hotel nearby. We felt very unsafe here. We checked out shortly after checking in, but they charged my card anyway, claiming I checked out the following day, which was not true. They refused to refund my stay and never returned my calls. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at ANY hotel.

DIrtiest establishment ever. Even the bathroom towels were dirty. A place so gross that I created a layer of my clothes between the bed and myself and used my clothes to dry off. Skipped breakfast the next day because if the guest rooms were that dirty, there was no way the kitchen was going to be any better.
