Front Desk Enrique Changed his name to John when asked for a manager Called to get prices quotes but the front desk put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back Enrique answered he kept addressing me as a man even though I told him I’m not. He asked me how much you want to pay when I asked for a price quote of a 2 bedroom. I told him I’m a Hilton honors member but I asked for a manager when he came back & said non is available I said can they call me back & he said no. I said who am I speaking to & he changed the name to John!!!!! DO NOT GO TO this hotel! All they can say is I’m sorry this happened! Whateva! Going somewhere else!

Good Hotel. Expensive for What It Is. We stayed here one night on a two week road trip. The room was large with living room l, kitchenette and large work space. It was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable. The TV was at a strange angle between the sofa and bed making it awkward to watch it from either place. The breakfast was adequate and expected for this brand. Staff were nice and helpful. Location was great to explore the historical area and to find places to eat. It was not walking distance but an easy drive. My only complaint was that it was way overpriced for what it was. The one night mid-week rate was more than we paid anywhere else during our trip. We stayed exclusively in Hilton properties in the mid-Atlantic area including downtown Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

Excellent Stay This is a really nice place. It felt new. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is well located with easy drive to many restaurants. I am Hilton Lifetime Diamond member so understand hotels and this is one I can recommend.

One night stay for a college graduation Hotel was very nice, clean and modern. Front desk was very courteous. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very impressed. We go back again. The only real complaint I had is that the bathroom door knob was missing, but everything else was good.

Room had some issues Our room had issues. I wrote these down and passed them to the front desk for correction for the next guest. I hope they do so although they did not indicate one way or the other to me: Bathroom: - sliding glass door on shower easily comes off of track (I had to put it back on before use) - exhaust fan does not work at all - pocket door to bathroom does not close all the way - it is misaligned - door lock on bathroom door is broken, missing parts and does not work - water pressure at sink drops to almost zero when commode is flushed and while tank is filling Room: - The display on the thermostat is blank so one cannot adjust the room temperature accordingly
