Stay anywhere else. 'Queen deluxe 2 bed with a pull out" per the front desk they do not have queens in the hotel, only full size. There are no couches and they do not allow a cot. When you walk in it smells like chlorine, but there is no pool. You soon realize it is masking the smell of sewage. The elevator only works half the time and smells like bad Indian food 24/7. The ice machine is only on floor 3. The water in the shower goes out if you are in there longer than 4 minutes. They literally served raw bacon in the steamer for breakfast.

Excellent clean spacious room The rom was spacious clean and had everything you needed. Lots of shelves big shower that was nice and bright and clean. Lots of counter space in the sink area. Stayed with our dog and the extra fee was 25 dollars. The flooring was vinyl plank and was clean. I really wish every hotel would do this on the floors and get rid of the nasty carpet. The front desk person was nice check in was easy and the outside of the property was clean. I would highly recommend. Easy walk to longhorn restaurant and others.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER ONE OF THE WORST LA QUINTA HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN, ROOM WAS DIRTY, CRACKS ON THE FLOOR. BEDSHEETS WERE VERY STINKY AND ITCHY. THE STAFF WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL OR FRIENDLY, SO MUCH HAPPEND THE FIRST DAY I ARRIVED WITH MY FAMILY. I WANTED TO STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS, I COULD ONLY STAY A NIGHT, IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. TO EVERYONE LOOKING TO BOOK THIS HOTEL, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. I MADE A MISTAKE TO NOT READY THE REVIEWS, BECAUSE THE PROVIOUS HOTELS UNDER THE SAME NAME WERE EXCELLENT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. DIRTY, DISGUSTING, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF, AND SO MUCH MORE. NO NEED TO WRITE MORE, BECAUSE THINKING ABOUT THE ROOM AND THE SMELL MAKES ME WANT TO VOMIT.....UNFORTUNATELY MY PICTURES REFUSE TO LOAD.

Additional Charges was charged $15 for using a washcloth to clean up a little bit of spilt coffee. $15 for a washcloth seems a little extensive. When I called and spoke to the front desk about this they said they would send me photos and would also contact housekeeping with my concerns. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone at this location or to see any photos of the "stained" towel

Try to avoid this place if you are travelling with the family The hotel is ok for solo travellers not good for the family. Room is too expensive and small in size. Room also not in good condition.
