Front Desk hung-up on me I call the front desk twice and a you man answered. Before I could say anything, he placed me on hold. I called back to ask if there were rooms available for 05.22.24...young man hung-up on me. I was calling for a guest since they came into the hotel I work for. All I can say you never know when Audit will call you to see if the front desk. I would make sure that all employees at front desk be careful since they wont know when audit will call you.

Ok but could be better Booked a room here through FedRooms for a work trip. The hotel is dated but the furniture is newer. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in the room. I like the way they do complimentary breakfast too, much better than a buffet style like most hotels. The room itself could use some work, carpet is old and stained (as other reviews mention) and there was water damage on the ceiling. The mattress was also worn out so I didn't sleep well. I could've let these issues go if it wasn't for the poor service from the front desk and housekeeping. I know when COVID started, a lot of hotels were only doing maid service upon request but these days? No. When I booked and checked in there was no mention of housekeeping not bringing fresh towels or taking out the trash but when I returned to my room after work, it was just the way I left it. When I called the front desk to request some fresh towels, they didn't even mention anything about it so I'm pretty sure housekeeping just missed my room. It took almost an hour for fresh towels to arrive and when the tissue box ran out (with only 6 tissues in the box), I got attitude from the front desk when I called requesting another box. This hotel also does not seem to honor IHG's late checkout policy for rewards members as the front desk didn't even know what I was taking about when I mentioned it.

Dirty We spent 3 nights in this hotel due to a mechanical problem with our truck. We arrived in the room to find a filthy floor, a clump of of hair in the shower and makeup on the headboard. We called housekeeping who sent someone up to clean the shower. There was no remote for the TV so someone came 3 times to try a replacement. We were in an adjoining room and that room had noisy occupants.

Nasty room First, let me start with the good. The furniture and beds were new. This fact is what makes the rest so incredibly weird. Onward to the rest. -The carpet was so gross, I would not take my shoes off. Old, brown, stained and dirty. -The bathroom was so tiny, a heavier person would have to step into the bathtub in order to close the door while using the toilet. -The toilet height was perfect for a toddler, not an adult. -The bathroom door had no hooks and was scratched all over with pealing paint -There was no drain cover in the tub. -The tub didn’t drain. It looked like remnants of food/vomit and dirt bubbled up out of the clogged drain. -The sink drain had no cover. DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS with rings on. -The entire bath and sink area was crowded and impossible for two people to share comfortably. I will not return.
