OK place Overall 5/5 Internet 4/5 Pros: nothing wrong with the place. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many housekeepers and there is an active maintenance staff. The room was fine, although internet in room 145 was a little slow. Lobby was clean. Room was big enough, good desk and chair. Water was hot. Location is good and parking seemed adequate. Motel was surprisingly quiet. Cons: walls are thin. The vinyl floor needs a good mopping. The door to my room was sticky to the point of being almost unopenable. A woman would not be able to open the door. This is a large property in a commercial/business section near downtown. The building and fixtures have been around awhile. The immediate area seems safe enough. If you need to stay in El Paso, this motel is fine, certainly for shorter stays. The motel is under one of the landing zones for the airport. I heard planes land at 2:45 and 3AM. The planes did not wake me up, I was up anyway. The planes were moderately loud and would not have woken me up.

First stop in Texas My wife and I stayed here on our first night in El Paso. Check in was a breeze and the employee was very helpful with recommendations and directions. They had a hot breakfast, and it was very tasty. I would stay here again.

Horrendous service! Keeping driving past this amateur setup Female employee told me she was calling the police because I wasn’t buying anything. Payed for my reservation but not good enough for her amateur customer service. Female threatened me to leave the eastablisment due to her inability to find my paid reservation. Pathetic

Below average among other 2-star hotels. The place is below average among the 2-star hotels. The AC was very noisy, and I could hear people next to my room talking, even though he is not loud. The bathroom is very small and has no fans. Beds are also very small. However, breakfast is pretty common as other 2-star hotels.

Inexpensive This is an older style motel that has been renovated, and seems to be fairly well maintained. Our large room was clean and comfortable, and the price was attractive for a brief stay. That said, being just under the end of a major airport runway can be disconcerting until airport operations cease for the night. And despite being in a far corner of this quite large motel, there was a lot of "activity" in the parking lot just outside our room all night that we tried to drown out with the air conditioner. The bathroom is quite small, and there is a light in the bedroom that also goes on whenever the bathroom light is turned on. We recognize that breakfasts are limited by the pandemic, but the bag of Fruit Loops, a banana muffin and artificially-sweetened yogurt didn't provide anything we could eat - except for the orange juice. So we went down the street for our breakfast.
