Wow The check in process was fairly simple. The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. Looking at the lobby everything was shut down for Covid but none of the employees were wearing masks. You get to the room and the air conditioner doesn’t work. Go ahead and switch rooms in your room the floors are filthy users dirt on the week comforters the bathroom is dirty it was a disaster. I would not recommend.

I checked out 5 Min after checking in. After see ing the room, I decided I didn't not want to stay there. The carpet was gross (the door did open to the outside). I didn't even want my dog to lay on the floor. I checked out five min after checking in.

My reserved room was given away! I reserved a room for June 11th. I called ahead of time to let them know my flight did not come in until 1:24am. They said that was no problem. I showed up at 3am and they had given my room away and could not guarantee a refund. Later I did get a refund, but not without many hours on the phone. Receptionist was very rude. Unfortunately, I woke him up when I arrived. I ended up paying $60 in taxi rides that I should not have paid for.

Worst service ever! Days Inn has a service where you can park you car there for a fee and includes a shuttle service back and forth from O'Hare Airport. My complaint is when I and my family arrived back from our vacation. When we were originally dropped off, I was given a business card and told to call when we were ready to get picked up and they would be there between 20-30 min. Days Inn is 17 minutes away from Airport but we get it, traffic and all. When I called I spoke to Sunny Patel. I let him know what terminal we were at and he said we'll be there in 30min. I called back after 45 min. I was assured driver would be there in 10 min more. 25min later I called again and asked for the manager. Apparently Sunny Patel IS the general manager. He told me to keep waiting. Two and half hours and 5 calls later, I let Sunny know that we we're talking a taxi and I would hope they would cover the $30 cab fare. He said they would NOT pay for it because they offer a free shuttle. We ended up taking a taxi back. Of course I was upset after waiting 2hrs and said we would talk once I got there. Upon arrival, Sunny Patel had left....sure he did. They refused to pay for the taxi and not even an apology. Worst way to get back home from vacation.
