This will be our last stay We've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past few years. It was always clean, the service was great, and while it wasn't the most upscale (or even up-to-date) place in Fayetteville, it was our go-to spot in that area. Our last stay, about 6 months ago, made us begin to wonder if it might be time to find a new spot. Last week we stopped wondering. Some of the issues were small: no remote for the TV in the living area, a closet door that wouldn't stay on its track. Some were frustrating: too few towels, no blanket on the bed. And some were unforgivable: an unvacuumed floor, mold in the tub, an odor in the elevator. We didn't stay to check out their breakfast offerings. We were just eager to get out of the building.

Never recommend another Comfort Inn after this experience. Room number 120 needs serious attention. The bathroom floor was covered with dust bunnies and empty soap wrappers. The carpet was covered in crumbs. The bathroom faucet when turned on, would spray 3 ft of water under the sink onto the toilet seat and floor. The sink wouldn't get hot or cold, just tepid. A 5 minute shower would produce 6 inches of standing water that wouldn't drain for an hour. The shower took forever to get warm then would immediately turn cold and then warm again. The refrigerator had a Taco Bell cup filled with liquid in it. The air conditioner unit worked for 15 minutes then shut off and wouldn't restart for another 12 hours. In addition, the hotel staff never asked how my stay was during checkout. I had to initiate the conversation. On a plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good.

Started bad abd didnt get better I arrived my room wasn't ready and was asked to wait 15 minutes. Once the room was ready I was told my room was in the second building on the third floor. Went to the elevator it did not work. I was not informed of this at the front desk and there was no out-of-order sign either. I went back to the desk and asked for a room on a lower floor. I was told they were sold out. I suggested reassigning my room to a room that isn't occupied. the desk agent said they had checked in all the rooms. Not possible at 4pm. I asked for a manager she switched rooms. I explained the above situation to be told that elevator needs to be inspected and its been down since CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!! The room i ended up in was clean but definitely needs renovation. The next morning the hair dryer didnt work, The front desk didnt resolve the issue and I had to check out and was offered bottled water for my trouble. This is unacceptable customer service

Horrible Stay I had scheduled a 6 day stay that I cut in half due to the following , I found pubic hairs on the bathroom sink, I had to go and get $30.00 of cleaning products myself to clean the room because none were provided for the room or cleaned, and what looked like mold on all the light fixtures and was woken up at 4:00am due to a bedbug bite and lost $400.00 of clothing that was on the bed.I have spent the last 2 days being bounced from COMFORT INN and Expedia and no one is helping,

Horrible experience The carpet in the room was very dirty, there was mold underneath the air conditioner unit. There was mold where the fridge set in the cabinet, No ice machine working on 3 floors out of 4. The air vent in the bathroom was filthy. I asked the young man at the front desk if someone could come and vacuum my room he said he didn't have anyone to do it and he asked me if I wanted the vacuum cleaner and that I can do it myself. I told him NO I don't work here. I also ask if I can get some fresh towels brought up to my room he said I had to bring the old towels to the desk and throw them in a bin, so I did and I asked him for some fresh towels he said I have to catch up with housekeeping to get some. He said he doesn't have control over the laundry people. I asked for room service on the 3rd day and he stated since I was going to be here for 5 days they would clean it then. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was really a nice hotel that is the reason why I came back. The hotel has a stale odor to it. This is the worst experience I ever had at a comfort inn hotel and I have stayed in several throughout the country. This was a horrible experience. I have pictures of my entire stay. I will never come back to this hotel. I have pictures for my entire stay. The swimming pool was horrible it was green with algae all over the entire pool.
