Nasty, nasty nasty DO NOT STAY HERE. When I first opened the door to my room I was overwhelmed with the smell of cleaning products and ammonia. Really strong, but at least it was cleaning smells rather than mold. After entering I removed my shoes and the floor was gritty and sticky. The ceiling is water stained and cracked. The toilet handle sticks and runs forever. The sheets are too small and WILL come undone in the night. The air conditioner is so loud when the compressor starts that it is similar to sleeping near an airplane taking off. The bath has the worst shower I have EVER seen in a hotel. There is mold behind the toilet. You cannot get the shower head to flow so allow yourself an extra hour to wash your hair! We reserved here for three days, non refundable and that was a giant mistake. Our room was not cleaned after the first night so I went to the front desk to see why and was told that they do not clean rooms daily unless requested, so I made the request for day two. We were out all day on day two and came back to NOTHING. No cleaning, no sheets, no supplies. I went to the desk again and they accused me of disturbing the peace and called the police! The police response? “Mam, there are better places to stay in Hardeeville.” DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great Quality Inn Appreciate the staff and administration since they did a good job in welcoming our stay. We had a great breakfast and our room was very clean. The quality of the bathrooms is nice and the rooms are very spacious.

Go elsewhere!! No no no just don't do it. Ceiling peeling. Mold, not clean at all. Smells horrible in the room. Sketchy at best. Shower is falling apart. Ice bucket was dirty. Fridge is cool but not enough to keep food cold.

Regretted Booking Online After Seeing In Person +Unadvertised Fees The best thing this hotel has done is hiring who they hired to advertise online. The photos and online descriptions are not accurate. We needed a room to accommodate 5 people for a trip to Savannah, and I wished I would have paid more upfront elsewhere. We stayed in a "renovated room" with newer flooring and a painted tub. Here's a summary: -$20 per night "Hotel Service Fee" that was not mentioned in Choice Hotels App or at check in. (I'm working with Choice Hotels now to get this refunded. I was made aware at checkout on my receipt and front desk would not refund) -Room was unclean (Long hair on back of bathroom door, dingy tub, general uncleanness in room) -Sofa sleeper was terrible. The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the couch and mattress was flimsy. -Wifi Signal did not work where our room was located. -Computer/printer in business office did not work -Overalll condition of building is older and neglected compared to the photos.

Worst hotel EVER… cockroaches, no bedding, rude staff Zero stars. I booked the queen suite for an overnight stop between Michigan and Florida. I purchased through the choice hotels app and it said that the room would sleep 6+ an additional for a total of 7 with a rollaway bed. There were only three towels in the room and the woman at the front desk refused to get me additional towels because she said “we don’t have any towels”. We searched the room for bedding for the sofa sleeper, and there was none. Again, the woman at the front desk refused to get me bedding for the sofa sleeper, she said “we don’t have any bedding for the sofa sleeper.” When I asked for the rollaway bed, she again replied “we don’t have any rollaway beds.” so the room I purchased that claimed to sleep seven, only slept four. Three of my family had to sleep on the hard floor with no pillows or bedding. Although nobody slept, because we soon found cockroaches. The TV did not work. The microwave with broken. There was black mold all over the shower. And the floors were full of dust, thick dirt and dust bunnies. It looked like this room had never been cleaned. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. And to top it off the hotel charged me an unknown fee on my credit card, and the front desk hangs up on me when I called to ask what it’s about.
