Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hesperia, an IHG Hotel

Nice hotel They have not so cheap prices but things are needed in the room like a hair dryer, but it seemed strange to me that there were ants in the room. It's a shame the pool is open until 11pm, we toured the place and we were already late with my children, we couldn't use it.

Very Poor Service I got into the room late And I saw this it didn’t gross me out that someone had relations in the room that happens all the time what did gross me out was the fact that the room got cleaned the housekeeper missed it and then the housekeeper Manager missed it as well it’s just says they’re not doing their jobs I told the young man working the front desk in the morning he seem to have an attitude like I was Disturbing him I left at 7:30 AM or so got back after 8 PM and guess what room still didn’t get cleaned if they couldn’t clean the room for bodily fluid how do you know that they’re disinfecting the room to keep you safe! At least I got offered one snack item as compensation for them not cleaning us or the room, there’s that! There’s an older Holiday Inn up the street I would go there!

Not impressed Right off the start, we had to wait an additional hour beyond the 3pm check-in while our 2 rooms we booked were cleaned. Not our fault they're short staffed. We would of gone to another place if they didn't charge a cancelation fee. My 83 year old father is with us and wanted to lay down before going out to eat after traveling 300 miles.

Hotel or Brothel I just recently stayed at this hotel. While it looks clean enough the staff is another story. I watched as some of the female staff were drinking with male guests. Going in and out of the male guests rooms half dressed at all hours of the night. Interesting side job guess the hotel has found a way to make extra money during this time. Will not be coming back.

Two stays - one went fine, the 2nd not so well Spent 2 nights at this hotel recently; Jan 8 and Jan 19, 2020. The first visit was fine, and we enjoyed the friendly staff and received the usual Express service and amenities. We had our dog with us on both occasions and enjoyed the pet-friendly accomodations. On the 2nd night, we arrived around 8 pm and were exhausted by a long day's drive. Just as we turned out the lights to begin our night of much needed sleep, an alarm started sounding every 20-30 seconds outside of our room. Upon further investigation, we found the sound was coming from a mechanical closet across the hall. We talked with the front desk person (the only person onsite!) and were told there was nothing that could be done to stop the alarm from sounding. She said she had no keys and there no one who could fix the problem. The only option they could offer two tired guests at 10 pm was to pack-up all of our belongings and animal items and move to another room. Later we were told that repair work was underway earlier that day and apparently someone had triggered an alarm. No only could you hear the sound up and down the hall, it was even louder on the back parking lot side of the hotel. When are these properties going to provide more than a hollow thanks to their Reward Club members!
