Terrible It’s not a hotel. It’s a badly renovated group of townhouses. They messed up our booking and we didn’t have enough beds but couldn’t / wouldn’t switch us to another room. They still charge as if this is a hotel though - it’s worth about $90 a night tops.

Dirty, smelly, worn Dirty, smelly, worn. The carpet was ripped, the paint was peeling off the buildings, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. It was not worth the $500 they were charging for one night. We stayed here as a last resort, it won’t happen again.

Bed bugs and a ceiling leak! My husband and I stayed at this hotel earlier this month. On the last night of our stay, I was woken up by something biting me. When I got up, there were numerous bites in a line on my neck. Looking up online what bed bug bites look like, it was exactly that! The bites stayed irritated for well more than a week. We also had a large leak in the ceiling in the kitchen which was beginning to crumble the ceiling. We had to move our things out of the kitchen area working around the water leaking on our heads and down our backs. New told the receptionist about both of these issues and she said she would see about some compensation for our problems. More than 2 weeks later, three has been no response at all. Terrible stay at this hotel!

Don't even think it, the room looked like a Dexter scene. Room looked like a Dexter scene, see photos. Hope I don't catch a blood-borne or communicable disease from this place. Gym closed due to poor maintenance and water damage, rooms below average with water damage, coffee previously splashed on the walls and pictures, floors dirty, and those are the high points. 4th day in the hotel, and can't figure out how to get the room cleaned. Suitable for nothing more than a refugee camp in a war zone.

Place at roaches We checked in. The lobby was beautiful then we were checked in in one of the many buildings. You can barely see the hotel off the Main Street so it’s tucked nicely. The buildings itself reminds me of apartment complex or dorms. Anyways, we got into the room when we walked passed a window to get to our room red flags went up because it was see through and there were cigarette butts all around the perimeter of the room doors. Secondly it was extremely dim even with the lights on in the room. It had a distinct smell in the room, the sofa looked like there was a lot of sexually activity going on previously, then the finale. There were roaches in the ceiling and corner of the rooms like they were waiting for us.I be worked in a four star hotel before so I know the protocol when bugs are reported. The office didn’t seem to bothered by it and asked if wanted to move into a different room in the same building. We considered and ask if we could to take a look It was a handicap accessible room and the carpet was wet stained and smelled like mildew. It was horrible, it wasn’t the same type. We booked a two bedroom suite, and they tried to stuff us in a 1 bed hotel room. This was a family trip. I was disgusted. The lady at the front desk said there was nothing they could do but kill the roaches for us. Yikes, since the room they had did not meet the our expectations of a clean room eventhough the hotel thought it was clean they”cancelled” our room. I asked for a receipt or proof. She said oh no there is no proof it’s like you were never here. That really disturb me. I felt my blood boiling at that point and we drove around looking for another hotel for over an hour because of this and ended up having to drive 2.5 hours back home. What a disappointment and inconvenience for our family. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to bring extra guests home.
