Average and seems to be going down Hotel is average. People were not unfriendly. Breakfast was pathetic, a bowl with some muffins in it. Not very good muffins. I know we are in virus times but the coffee was cold and did I mention the 'breakfast' was pathetic. On the rear outside door to parking lot the lock was missing so anyone could enter anytime. Very unsafe for guest.

Gross My expectations weren't high, but they also weren't this low. I'm not sure even that the sheets were changed. Lying on towels--they look clean--and counting the minutes until I can get out of here. Sleeping on the floor in the airport would have been an improvement. The air conditioner makes noise and there is no way to adjust it because the cover is missing on the thermostat. And the TV in the sitting area is missing. Some lightbulbs burned out.

Worst Hotel experience ever! Absolutely the WORST hotel experience that I have ever had, especially the treatment by the Non existent manager, Caroline Carter. I was forced to overnight in Dallas and I selected this property at 11pm Monday for a morning flight. They booked me automatically for the next night, Tuesday, instead of my needed overnight on Monday. They made me pay for both nights even after I immediately contacted them again to correct their error. Caroline Carter is now ducking all contact and her voicemail states that it is not being monitored due to COVID. I tried the front desk again and no one would answer. I borrowed another phone and they answered again (being they were now ignoring my phone number). DO NOT stay here, they are programmatically trying to trick people so they can get more revenue.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MOST HORRID EXPERIENCE IVE HAD Looking at all these reviews I can see that I'm not alone in dealing with this HORRID motel. We all know this world is short staffed & cancelling trips happen when there's no flight attendants or pilots. so when my trip was cancelled I called the hotel immediately to get a refund cause something happened that was out of my control .. the girl at the desk was very rude and short and told me to call Back and talk to a manager. called the next day and the next day and so on and still no manager. 5 days have passed and now they're saying I can't get a refund cause it's "policy" as someone who works in hospitality how easy it would be to refund my stay knowing that during this pandemic so many flights are being canceled. No professionalism, no empathy & ZERO hospitality was involved when tryin to resolve the matter .. the front desk staff was argumentative whenever I called to speak to this ghost manager .. If you're the GM why are you there only 4 hours out the week. I'm glad I never stepped foot on this property & I also see why people do harm to others after dealing with the level of incompetence & ignorance .. I WOULDNT get a room for a junkie here .. this won't be the last they hear from me either. this PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED AND EVERYONE THERE NEDDS TO BE FIRED & Im definitely gonna make that my business. It is apparent this establishment knows ZERO about hospitality.

Good for what I needed I have seen the latest reviews and did not receive the treatment others have expressed. However, I was only here for about five hours. Check in was easy and convenient, thankfully because it was raining. The front end staff was attentive. The room was ready in decent shape. We were here just to get closer to the airport for a 3am international departure. They even waved the $100.00 deposit for damages because we were leaving at 2:30 in the am. I didn't even ask for the waiver they just offered it. Check out was quick and easy. This was a great place because it was only seven minutes away from the North Express Parking at DFW. No complaints. You get what you pay for.
