Disrespectful, lazy, inconsidrate staff! Check in staff rude. Would not speak above a whisper. I related to her a few times I could not hear what she was saying. Made no remark. Gave me keys, got my signatures, gave me the keys. No welcome. Up to my room on 3rd floor. Keys didn't work. Back down, luggage in tow. She said nothing. Gave me keys again. Up to my room luggage in tow. Keys didn't work. Back down. Man at desk. Same attitude as lady. No hello, no welcome. Told him keys still didn't work. Said nothing. Took keys. I told him I was hot and tired and wanted to get in my room. He said not a word, got keys, walked to room with me, opened door. I thanked him. No response. Light bulb burned out (?) over desk. Room was clean. Very thankful for that. Down to lobby 4:30 a.m. Different woman. I got water for tea. Water cold. I was looking around for honey. She asked me what I needed "sweetie". Cabinet door fell off in her hand. No honey, she did look. No greeting for anyone except man w/reflective vest. They sat on couch chit chatting, watching TV. I told her I needed to ck out and get receipt. She told me she wasn't ready to get me a receipt and continued with visiting with the man. Other guest down to ck out and catch shuttle. No greeting for anyone. Told them throw key on desk. Elderly man asked for receipt. Said "I'm busy, not doing receipts right now pappy.

Worst motel ever Do not stay here! It is dirty, and unsafe. I arrived here after my flight got cancelled at DFW. There are burns and dirt in the bed, blood, brown smears and who knows on the walls. Let alone the homeless camp at the bottom of the stairs. I was scared and couldn’t sleep all night.

Not too bad for studio 6 My friends and boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel one night on Oct 19, we got a king size bed with a kitchen and a full sized fridge. I had no issues with our room other than a black stain on our sheet, it looked like pen/marker or make up. Our A/C worked great and Local cable TV. Our friends in the other hand, had a bad experience since one of the sheets had a red stain which one can assume the worst. The office people were nice and let us check out late, so I had not many complaints on our end. Well lighted area, but there is people hanging around outside at night. Don’t know if they stay there or not.

Checking Out After One Hour Stuck at DFW, figured I'd take what I could get.... how bad could it be? My nonsmoking room stank to high heaven of cigars, so the clerk (came out from behind his bulletproof glass window) to yell at me for booking a smoking room. There's pasta on the cabinets that's who-knows-how-old, but ok. I can deal with that. No place open that delivers, so vending machine Snickers and a flat Pepsi, Asleep for 25 minutes, wake up with jolt - I have three nickel-sized insect bites on my arm, and another on my ear. I'm going to go back to baggage claim and sleep there.

Clean and Quiet Hotel is very clean and quiet. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful with anything you need assistance with. It’s within walking distance of Walmart and a few restaurants close by and right across the highway from Irving Mall. I definitely recommend staying here.
