Do Not Make This Mistake From the filthy room and bathroom to the shady way they stole money from myself and multiple other patrons this weekend they should be shut down. I’m trying to figure a way to give them negative stars on the review . We prepaid 2 rooms , they made us pay for another one at a higher rate the night we got there and offered no resolution other than telling me it was my fault . They were right it was . I chose to stay there but will not again . Multiple customers in the lobby were furious about being over charged . The staff is rude as well . Probably my worst experience ever at a hotel

This place is a DUMP, Wont Refund!! As soon as we arrived, the place looked sketchy. NON smoking room reeked of cigarettes and dope, burn holes in linen, bed covers, pillows. Shady characters all over the place, stairs, hallways. Left right away, promised a refund a now they refuse. If you are into dealing, quickies with ladies of the night, or have just left prison and have no place to go, this is the right place for you.... Not a family place... Dope smell all over, junkies and bums trolling thru the property. They Refuse to refund my money!!! Since there is no worst rating I have terrible left (that does not even describes it) Do not even attempt to stay there (not even for free!!!) Only hotel I have left in a hurry through my adult life!!!

Econolodge This is the absolutely the worse hotel I have EVER stand in before. Unfortunately with my last minute business travel, this was the only hotel that had availability in the area of Jacksonville. The first clue when I arrived was the guests standing outside playing extremely loud music, drinking in the parking lot, not to mention there were children playing outside at 12:00 midnight See below 1. The rooms are undoubtedly dated 2. The smell was atrocious 3. Mold throughout the entire room 4. Door to the room partially closed or locked 5. Manager on duty was VERY rude 6. Left the room to go out for dinner, when I returned someone had rummaged through my suitcase and I was missing $250.00 When I told the manager on duty she stated she didn’t see anything and there was nothing she could do _ If I could rate this hotel a NEGATIVE ZERO I would WARNING Do not stay at this hotel

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had made a reservation here. Was traveling with my young daughter alone and wanted to be save and break up the drive by getting a hotel for the night so as to not be on the road late at night and stay safe. I was refused a room even thought I had booked it 3 weeks in advance. The lady working said they had sold my room and there was nothing she could do. She was so rude and mean and just plane CRUEL. If one of my guest representatives ever spoke to a guest the way she spoke to me I would fire them on the spot!! It was late at night and I was left stranded in a dangerous area in the middle of the night. I was terrify and scared. No one at the hotel or Choice would help. I spend 3 hours driving to hotels begging and praying for a save place for my child and I to sleep for the night. I will never understand how someone could do this to a single mother and her child. I will never book an Econo Lodge again. I also work with CHOICE hotels and will make sure all new customers are aware of how they treat their members! Good luck with your future bookings.

DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING!!! We also saw drugs and prostitution. Absolutely filthy!!!! I can handle an old hotel but this place is so gross it needs closed and demolished. We checked in at 11pm and if we didn’t have our dog we would have immediately left. We were up at 6am to get out of there. I didn’t even take pictures because I just wanted out of there. Stay away!!!
