Spectacular Customer Service, Clean Rooms, Good People This was a nice hotel. Clean, with friendly staff. Excellent for a quick overnight on a road trip, for sure. Beds were clean and quite comfortable. But let me tell you why they 100% deserve your business… their customer service and caring is TOP NOTCH! We stayed there with our cats on a cross country move. While reloading the car, I had put the cat in her carrier, and propped open the door to load back up. When I came back into the room, I noticed the cat carrier was open, and… no cat. We searched the room - nothing. Bear in mind the rooms are nice but sparse. Not a lot of places for a 15# chonk of a cat to go. I searched the grounds, frantic and melting down, for 45 minutes while my daughter let the front desk know the situation, in case anyone reported seeing the cat. Finally I accepted defeat and achingly we got in the car to go, when the manager came out and stopped us. He had actually reviewed exterior hotel security footage in hopes of seeing what direction the cat ran… and found absolutely no cat on the footage! Long story short, after multiple reviews, we realized the cat had to be in the room. We found her wedged in a 3” space behind a bed - only found after we had to lift the whole mattress off of the bed!!! We never would have found her if they hadn’t gone out of their way spending all of that time reviewing the footage! These people are good folks. Rare to come across someone willing to go not only the extra mile, but ten extra miles. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Sad, Awful, unprofessional cleaning, front desk is nice though. My review is pretty simple. Pros: •Front Office is nice looks to be run by an Indian family. •Pet friendly with a fee. •Family rooms available for double bed or queen. Cons: •Floors are dirty •Shower paint it coming off •Shower turn on handle is falling off every time you switch to hot or cold. •Shower curtain is filthy dirty. •Bedroom area is filthy dirty. •Remote doesn’t work for Tv. •Refrigerator doesn’t put out cold. •Trash was left inside room and my puppy found a beer bottle cap that my husband took away from her. •Guest are loud outside. •Doors don’t properly lock. •Everything you touch is basically filthy. I think they need to hire better cleaners because this is disgusting _

Okay but...... This review is both good and not so good. Nice folks operating it, wanted to say that upfront. The price was okay (less than $100), the room I had was good, clean and comfortable and updated not too long ago. But, the back of the hotel where I stayed has a very nasty looking old glass elevator that no longer works, and it looks terrible. When I drove around to my room and saw it and parked next to it to be close to the ramps to get to the second floor, I was really not happy about it. Weeds growing everywhere, and the doors to the elevator were slightly open and all kinds of crud and birds were inside it. But....my room was nice and clean and well kept. Big parking lot if you are pulling a trailer or boat, hard to beat! Not sure why they don't clean it up and make it made presentable. No breakfast here, but coffee and juice is provided. Plenty of restaurants that you can walk to if you want for all meals.

Worst Hotel ever! Room was nasty from the start Blood on top sheet floor’s hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long lock broke on door! Took pictures went back to front desk after I tried calling and no one answered spoke to the manager! He was very rude! All he said was if you not happy I give full refund! Well that’s great but weather was horrible and everything around was booked! So I demanded new bedding the house keeper tried to tell me that a lot of “truckers” stay there and it was oil stains! Try again Lady! I’m a truck drivers daughter and that wasn’t oil! Trash on the floor when the room next to us showered water run down the wall into our room! Windows was so nasty you could barely see out of them!Nasty is an understatement!! I went and bought cleaning supplies to try and make the best out of it! Only thing positive I can say is the beds was comfortable!
