Hampton Inn - Jupiter/Juno Beach

Awful experience, never again! From a Diamond Member Have stayed here 3-4 times in mostly uneventful stays. As a Diamond member, I don't expect much from Hampton Inns in particular, but what happened to me yesterday was ridiculous. Hotel was incessantly calling me since the day before to make payment for my stay, they texted, called and Emailed me. When we were on our way at 9am, I called and they charged my credit card. When we showed up at the hotel at 3:30 (check in time is 3:00) they proceeded to tell me that my room wasn't ready (I spoke to them at 9AM) and that they would send somebody to fix a room right away, which could take 45 minutes to an hour!!! We ere exhausted from the whole day travelling and did not find this an acceptable answer so I told them I won't be needing the room as I know the Holiday Inn across the street would welcome us without issue. The front desk lady (Norlyn) was very unfriendly and waved me off. Had to call the Diamond desk, which took more than half an hour to issue me a refund (by check of course, arriving who knows when) because the hotel wouldn't refund the card they charged the same morning!!! Needless to say, last stay at this awful place... What a shameful treatment!

Dont count on the Jet-Tub being clean I had a fishing trip in Jupiter before my cruise out of Miami. So i booked 2 days here before making my way down south and splurged on a jet-tub room. I diddnt want to stop along the way because i knew i had the jet tub waiting for me. I powered thru the drive solo from Pittsburgh, PA. Check in. staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean, i was so happy to soak then sleep after the drive. I fill the tub up, get in, and turn on the jets. I see white plastic floating. I grab it and put it to the side, and i see black chunks floating. so i stand up and turn the jets off, look at the water, and theres hair, black chunks of something, and white chunks of plastic all floating around. So i drain it, refill, and try again. More black chunks of something comming out of the jets. Felt dirty even after i took a regular shower. I diddnt complain to the front desk because they would just offer to move my room. Well if the staff dont clean these jets apparently, whats going to make them clean another rooms jets. it would be just as dirty. I was so tired, why move all my stuff to another dirty room. So i take a shower, go sit outside on the balcony. Someone used the table as an ashtray and theres burn marks all over it. The carpet was sticky. It just felt like a dirty 2 days in that room even though the lobby and the rest of the building looked spotless. I have always stayed across the street at Holiday inn express and we always liked it. I only decided to try this place for the jet-tub since i was traveling solo and i couldnt even use it. I wont return to this hotel. Id rather spend the extra 10 bucks for a clean room across the street. If i diddnt pay more for a jet-tub room, i would have been happy for a cheap hotel. but paying more for something dirty i was afraid to use made me wish i booked at the normal hotel across the street. I diddnt realize i was booking a 1-night stand type of room. Gross.

Good choice stay Good choice for west palm beach area stay. Walkable to Juno beach expansive walks. Older property but well maintained. There is plenty of parking on site. Small lobby with breakfast area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were super nice.

Perfect location Location location location. This is always our first choice. Great staff. Walking distance to everything from coffee shop to souvenir shop to fresh fruits to the beautiful ocean. Have even walked to Loggerhead sanctuary from here. And the tea house! Rooms were perfect. Love the balcony room for hanging diving equipment for drying.
