Last resort First time at Days Inn. All other local hotels sold out due to college move in weekend. The remote didn’t work, no Kleenex, my allergies went crazy, musty, toilet seat was gross-needs replaced, hair on the bathroom floor, pillows cheap, no iron, dingy. Breakfast in a small lobby. This is a place you stay when no other hotel rooms are available.

Below average Hotel Very outdated hotel even though it is a Wyndham. Would not recommend staying there if you have other choices.

Terrible service If you’re planning on staying at this hotel DO NOT! This hotel has the worse employees. The employees were rude and unfriendly and when asked to speak to a manager they would call themselves the manager. When we first arrived to the rooms they smelled like Cigarettes and at first I thought it was because the previous people staying in the room smoked prior to us arriving. However, as the days went by the room kept smelling like cigarettes. This hotel lacks daily room cleaning as no one comes around to clean or pick up the garbage. Prior to making a reservation me and my friend contacted the hotel and they claimed they were pet friendly but failed to specify you had to pay 20 dollars daily per pet. Since the pets were only supposed to stay one night we only payed that one night out. However, an emergency occurred in the middle of the night and the pets had to be taken back to the hotel which we immediately went to the counter and payed for. Management woke us up at 10 in the morning asking us to go to the front desk and pay. Once that second day was payed out and the dogs were already out of the hotel, they then proceeded to deactivate our key cards without previously speaking to us. A discount was given by the night front desk guy and we were only charged 30 dollars after our key cards were deactivated we headed to the front desk and the other guy who was there tried to force us to pay the remaining difference for the pets (which we refused to because a discount was given). Instead of reasoning with us the guy started arguing with us and kept repeating “I do not care, that is not my problem.” This hotel needs to hire new employees who would provide better customer service. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and I would rate a 0 out of 10.
