Don’t stay here! Nasty rooms! First off we get there and are informed the room might not be ready because putting down new carpet and it was after check in time. Had to wait for furniture to be put back in room. Carpet was not put down good. Was charged a $50 deposit for a run down nasty room. There is nothing on listing about it. I’ve even gone back and looked again and can’t find it but in other reviews the hotel says it’s listed when others have complained about it too. Microwave was not plugged up and no where to plug it in at. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet was hard to get to flush. Had to hold handle down for a long time and several tries before would flush. Seen several roaches! Bed was not comfortable at all! Because of the $50 deposit, I took pics of everything in the room. Even a bug on a pillow! This is a run down hotel even though their reply to reviews says they are updating and this comments go back years. Do not stay here, you will regret it! I definitely learned a lesson. I go to New Orleans a lot and stay in the French Quarter and have been charged a deposit but this is not the French Quarter and it’s a nasty run down room.

HNIC Friendly staff. Clean & comfortable rooms. All basic amenities needed in room. Plenty of available free parking. Basketball goal in the back of the hotel & suites property. Good Value for price On extended road trip and all I’m really looking for is a clean , quiet place with a comfortable bed and a reasonable price. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room given smelled like cigarettes...we were changed to another room without a fuss. Beds were comfy, parts of the room were dated, but didn’t bother me. Breakfast room very clean with basic breakfast items...I appreciate that they use mostly paper products instead of styrofoam! Thank you!

Old Outdated This hotel is a low level Drug addict hotel! Don’t bring your kids there. The room was unclean and the breakfast food was stale. Don’t use your credit card because unexplainable charges will appear. Don’t stay there!!

lumpy bed The hotel is right on the main drag so it was easy to find. The room was eazy to find and close to the breakfast area but a long way from the ice machine. The a/c in the room was loud and the bed was lumpy,but it had a nice one piece shower/tub that was clean.
