Just average at best! When we checked into our room we were greeted by a pile of dirty stinky towels and sheets sitting outside the door to our room! The hallway smelled like weed. The phone in the room didn’t work to call the desk. The free breakfast was pretty lame make it yourself waffles, packaged oatmeal, a few granola bars, coffee, juice. How about a banana or an apple, some eggs etc?

awesome stay Checked in for a fishing trip in Calabush NC. The place was awesome. clean as a whistle, slept like a log.. associates were extremely friendly plus the best part was the price. next time in the area will make reservation. 5 stars for me.

Older Hotel The hotel is quite old and in need of renovations. This is the second Choice Hotel I have stayed in near the Myrtle Beach area that has left me disappointed. The room we were initially given had scratches and paint missing on the walls. Upon going in the bathroom, there was an object placed under the toilet to keep it from rocking. The wall in the bathroom near the toilet had a long strip of paint and almost a hole in the wall. I can only assume mold was in there. The front desk was accommodating and found us another room but the toilet rocked and the room still had lots of scrapes and scratches on the walls. I totally understand bird droppings near the pool since it was outside but there were a few chairs that had large amounts of bird droppings and I don't think they were ever wiped off. There was also a smell in the hotel which caused my allergies to be aggravated. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the hotel was very old.

Horror show Do not stay here. This place is not good at all. As you can see from the pics, the place rented rooms to all these truckers and there is no place to park. The trucks are taking up 4 spaces each. There was also a lady banging on a room door on 4th floor. She looked drunk and on drugs. Very dangerous situation. The room I got before, the room started to smell like cigarette smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. I haven’t even talked about the rooms. The bathroom door had to be pushed opened with strength of Hercules. Find some place else.

Friendly staff Everything was good on my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and I always felt that it was a safe place to be. Would have given it a 4 but felt that the pool could have been cleaner lot of debris and hair on the bottom.
