Great Staff and location I would recommend this hotel for three reasons... 1. Cameron at the front desk 2. Juan in the restaurant 3. Aaron who drove me to the airport I requested a handicap room on the first floor and that is exactly what Cameron had reserved for me. I hope the hotel management recognizes that Cameron is a asset to the hotel. He is both friendly and professional. Not an easy thing to be. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We were very surprised at the quality of the food in the restaurant for lunch and breakfast. I would advise anyone to take advantage of purchasing the breakfast coupon upon check in. Juan made sure our food was served quickly and was very good. In fact, I was surprised at how good the club sandwich was at lunch. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. Aaron drove me to the airport and even in the rain got me there in time and then went out of his way to get a porter to handle all of my bags. I truly appreciated his help. I will return to this Crowne Plaza.

Comfortable, centrally located, courtesy staff We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 2 nights. They were doing some construction but you wouldn't know it,it was very discreet. The hotel is centrally located and easy on easy off the highway. The river walk was a very short distance. The Room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Aaron at the front desk was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend

Manager from He** I stay here at this hotel quiet often due to i am a cancer patient at carti and it's easier for me to travel 2 miles rather than 200. I have always been greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes until yesterday February 10th 2020. My original reservation was for 02/09/2020 I arrived Sunday the 9th checked in as usual and asked the clerk about my breakfast tickets I was given them and my room key, had a couple issues with the thermostat in the room and the lock on the door but they were resolved fairly quickly. Monday morning I checked out of room 158 returned my keys and went to my chemotherapy treatment, while receiving chemo i was advised that I had another night stay at the hotel due to such a long treatment and it being later in the day. I arrived at the hotel after chemotherapy Monday 02/10/2020 I was greeted by an elderly white man not sure of his name but I do know he is the front desk manager. I told him I needed to check in and he placed me back in room 158 I asked him about the breakfast tickets he said they were not included so I called my caseworker thinking maybe she forgot to send that information over, while I was on the phone with her my case worker he is ease dropping on my conversation and said to me that I owe him 10.00 for the tickets that was given to me by the desk clerk on 02/09. I told him that I always get breakfast and he said that carti was never billed for the breakfast so I should have been having to pay for it all along. I explained to him and my case manager that I was under the impression that it's been paid for. The desk manager continued to get loud with me and demand that I pay him 10.00. My husband and I went to our room I was upset and crying due to the way this man just spoke to me and talked down to me as if I'm scum or something he would scrape off the bottom of his shoes. My husband asked to speak with a manager and the hotel management came to our room offered an apology and 2 breakfast tickets. I myself could not make my self get up and go eat this morning after the man causing such a big deal about the tickets in the first place. I honestly do not know what people are thinking or how their days have been but for a member of management to treat customers like that sometimes things need to be reevaluated and a solution needs to be found. Mistakes happen and if it's a mistake made by a desk clerk then take the problem up with whomever made the mistake or write it off as a donation to a charitable cause, DO NOT APPROACH AND DEMAND THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES.

Not what I expected. I expected so much more from this hotel. I was here on a business trip. My room was above the pool, restaurant/bar, and lobby. It was extremely loud until the bar closed at 11 pm, as the sound echoes. And the lights down there are on all night and the curtains are sheer, so the room was extremely bright. There was no mini fridge or microwave, which is just always convenient and nice to have. The room was fairly clean. But could definitely use deep cleaning. My shower didn't drain well, so it held water. The local cable channels didn't work well, which I'm sure was a cable issue. The staff members were very friendly though. I just expected it to be a much nicer place than it was!

Descent hotel. Horrible Housekeeping Hotel common areas were overall clean, staff mostly friendly, but housekeeping was considerably lacking during our 2 wk stay. We only get our room cleaned every 3 to 4 days during extended stays. This was a 2 week stay. We take the do not disturb sign off when we leave in the morning on the days we want the room cleaned. 1st time, wasn't cleaned. 2nd time, cleaned but trash not emptied, 3rd time was over a weekend, cleaned ok, 4th time, cleaned but bed not made. Bathtub was not cleaned the entire 2 wks and sheets not changed. Wife has a service dog and a weekend mgr told her that she needed to take the dog to the room when we were at the bar/restaurant or he would call the police. Must say the weekday bartender was very friendly as was the gentleman that put out the snacks. Won't stay at this property again.
