Wonderful! Wonderful! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, within a walkable distance to town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. They clean your room every day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. This place is also fantastic for families with children, providing a safe and enjoyable environment. I stayed there for a week and had a fantastic experience. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with your family, this place is highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Waking distance to Stanford Clinic where my daughter had a procedure Nice and simple. Bathroom new and clean. Beds comfortable. Easy and short walking distance to Starbucks and Noah's Bagels and a lot more. Waited in room until daughter's procedure done. I'd stay again if we need to.

Americas Best Value Inn - Livermore A motel for a quick stop-over. You can see the effort put into making it not LOOK so old but the age is not easily hidden. In my room, the fan for the wall heater refused to turn off despite everything I tried. Had I not been exhausted, I would have gone to seek help from the staff. Very few available outlets; none of which were near the bed. The included breakfast is an individually wrapped danish and coffee. There may have been juice, I do not recall. If the price was $40.00, I'd be willing to do another overnight stay. Next time I will have to find other accommodations. The staff was friendly so that helped make the rest tolerable.

Mediocre by 2-star Hotel standards I often stay 1 - 2 weeknights in Livermore. Mid-range hotels are usually unreasonably pricey, so I usually use AirBnB, but I thought I'd give this place a try. It's not a total horror show, hence 2 stars vs. 1. Sheets & towels were clean, floors were recently vacuumed / cleaned, plenty of lighting, plenty of hot water, good location, quiet at night, and a reasonably comfortable bed. Things that were "day to day" cleaning and upkeep were generally at least OK. Longer-term issues were a mess. Cracking paint, mold & stains in out of the way places, high up on walls, etc. Lots of holes where fixtures or hanging items had been removed from walls, badly cracked outlet in the bathroom, knob missing from one dresser drawer, no desk, no hair drier, no clock, stains on carpet & bedspread, lots of amateurish patching & painting on walls. Small fridge (working) & microwave (didn't try), but no coffee maker. Shower had plenty of hot water, but oscillated between scalding and freezing, depending on what other guests were doing. To sum up, this place qualifies as a resort . . . a last resort. There are no great values in hotels in Livermore, as best I can tell, but there are plenty of AirBnB options far better than this place at around the same price.

At least there weren't roaches.... I can only give this two stars because there were no roaches. Otherwise, the room was full of peeling paint, patches, and places that needed patching. Only one lamp of three worked, and there were no outlets anywhere near the bed for charging. I declined to shower because of the state of the bathroom. The HVAC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to have a chance to sleep. Yes, there was an "upgrade" in the form of a modern TV, and it wasn't the most uncomfortable hotel bed I had slept on, but this is certainly a hotel in desperate need of repair. I nearly overlooked the "breakfast" in the very small lobby, as it was so underwhelming I'm not sure you can really count it as breakfast. Absolutely will not be staying again, when you can pay the same amount and get something much nicer. It does have a good location, and so I'm sure with some investment it could be a nice spot! At this time, it is a $40 a night place at most.
