Regarding the hote: it was clean and the snack hour from five to eight in the evening was a great perk as well as the breakfast.

Too much construction but the staff wher amazing ask you will receive Pillows where great accepted dogs beds comfortable Ours excluded breakfast just simple breakfast but we upgraded and paid the difference … the guy in the restaurant was so pleasant kind and friendly …. The room was very nice 2 queen size beds Was told there was a fridge and microwave in room no microwave disappointing Told there was a gym but was under construction bad Construction on 8 n 9 floor first night hammering till 9 pm maybe later Air compressor left on start n stop all night both nights Not impressed Staff was great friendly kind and very helpful

Just okay I was a little disappointed in this hotel. It was okay, but I felt it was a little below standards for a Hilton. Our room was okay, but the shade in the living area would not go all the way down. Since we used the pull out sofa bed it was rather inconvenient because light started streaming in early in the morning. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable and the mattress looked well used and tired. Breakfast was, well breakfast was. I know a breakfast included is not great, but this was sub par. I’ll look for another hotel next time I’m in London. It was okay, but for the price, it was just okay.

Such a Beautiful Hotel....But They Have A Front Desk Clerk Who Is Anything But!! This is the first time I've ever left a rating and its long. Sorry. My thoughts are that this shouldn't go unheard. When we travel we always stay at Homewood Suites in Canada and in the USA with great satisfaction. After dozens of stays and only one less than acceptable I am here to say that Homewood Suites London Ontario is a hotel we will no longer stay at. It all started with a noisy heating/cooling system which we had tried to turn off...it wouldn't turn off. I tried calling the front desk and.....the phone was not working...I had to go downstairs and ask for a change of rooms. I was told there were none available. I stepped out as I had somewhere to go. My wife who was extremely upset went down and asked if there was another room. She told the clerk that in her experience Hotels always have extra rooms The clerk promptly placed her hand under her chin, propped it up on the computer and she asked her where had she ever heard something such as this. She reiterated the same thing on two more occasions. My wife asked for our money back and was told that she wasn't able to give it to her. She then asked for the Manager and was told he was not available. After arguing for at least 5 minutes the Clerk waved her hand in the air and dismissed my wife saying get away "she had other people to take care of" My wife who isn't the least bit afraid to speak her mind called the clerk A B---- under her breath but loud enough for the clerk to hear and turned to walk away. The clerk turned to my wife and YELLED you F****G B****and used the term loudly and repeatedly. Other words were shared and my wife eventually walked away. When I returned my wife told me what had happened. I myself went back to the front desk. The clerk denied ever having used foul words. My wife was wrong, she admits it, but for someone who is the only face you see when you enter a hotel the attitude displayed of arrogance, being waved away as you would an errant fly and with complete disregard for a patrons needs is unacceptable. We have been Gold Members with Hilton for a couple of years. This year and last we didn't travel for medical reasons. It is our sincere thoughts that we never encounter an individual such as this when we stay at our next Hilton Hotel.

whirlpool was fun stayed here over night to visit Piney Campground the following day. we love going to Pinery beach but during that time the beach was closed due to bacteria presence at the beach, which we didn't know :( I booked 2 queen bed but when we got to our room, we were given a corner unit with 1 king bed and whirlpool (sofa bed in the living room). I wanted to change to what I originally booked but the kids wanted to use the whirlpool so we didn't ask to be moved to different room. My 3 kids and their cousin took turn using the whirlpool. we ordered food and ate in for dinner. breakfast was provided.
