Decent Accommodations, Bargain Rates, and A Professional Friendly Staff Who Truly Cares. Really, What More Do You Need? This is not a luxury hotel, and travelers expecting a luxury hotel at these prices will be unreasonably disappointed. What do you get for the bargain prices this location offers? A secure pet-friendly room with a working electric stove, a decent microwave, a roomy refrigerator, a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a nice selection of cable channels on a medium-sized tv. The location is close to the Long Beach Airport and centrally located for Orange County, Los Angeles, and Long Beach tourist attractions and business meetings. The management and staff are professional and run a tight ship, and yet are genuinely committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Special kudos to Purple, who made a special effort (without my request, btw) with her manager to address some very minor issues with results far beyond expectations. I checked in on xmas eve afternoon and checked out a few days after the new year during a stressful and challenging time in my life. Everyone here made it so much easier to get through, and I will always be grateful.

Inadvertent concert attendees Stayed the night before flying out in the morning. We rented two rooms. They put us in rooms facing “The Grand Event Center” that was having a wedding concert. They played loud drums til 2 am, 30 feet from our window. Not a fantastic experience.

No frills slightly budget friendly with decent service. BEWARE of loud Club next door that is open late light weekends. I would guess 12-1a for closing. This place is a No frills place to lay your head. Front desk did accommodate early arrival, but it came with a $60 fee. It would have been free, if I waited will noon, but I was exhausted, so I paid. My first room choice on the third floor had pest control issues and wasn't clean. I was moved to second floor and the room was just right. I would suggest that the front desk do quality control on their rooms, due to inconsistency in room cleanliness. I didn't get a suite, but room still came with kitchenette. There wasn't any pool or workout gym, or even small conference room/business center. I should have been compensated for a suite or no fee... hmm. This place gets full on a Friday night, so the pricing is snagging folks. Again....BEWARE of loud music Bar/Club next door that is open late light till about 12a-1a.

COCKROACH INFESTED HOTEL NEVER EVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN! I booked a 1 night stay here simply because it was close to the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. I walked in and to my surprise the “handicap” doors did not have an automatic opening, just two swing doors with a handicap sticker. The lobby was dark and dingy, the girl at the front desk looked careless, and the vibe overall was unsettling. I checked in, no issues there. I found a luggage cart and struggled to move it and bring it outside, since the doors weren’t automatic. My sister and I loaded up and headed to our room. Every corner was a tight squeeze, so imagine navigating a bulky cart with a week’s worth of luggage and sports equipment. I heard a smoke detector in the hallway chirping, I guess no one thought to change the battery. The elevator let out a loud screeching ding sound before it took us to the 3rd floor. More tight corners to move around, we kept hitting the walls despite being careful. The maid’s cart was in the hallway and we had little room to squeeze past. The hallways were dim and honestly something out of a horror movie scene. We entered the room and it looked like a cheap motel, outdated kitchenette, everything was dingy, and just ugly.. The deadbolt lock was broken and missing.. We started checking the room, as we always do, and I’m happy we did. The bathroom towel had a visible red stain, the bed sheets had some dried up…substance on them, and I found the one thing you fear seeing in a hotel room. A COCKROACH. A living, moving German COCKROACH. I put it in a cup to show management. We immediately got the hell out, I stormed to the front desk where a woman named Brenda was at and placed the cup on the counter. People were coming and going so I loudly asked for a refund and stated “WE FOUND A COCKROACH IN THE ROOM, WE ARE NOT STAYING HERE, I WANT A REFUND”. Refund was issued, no apology, Brenda looked like she wasn’t surprised. Poor girl is not paid enough to deal with this, and there was NO management on site. I was lucky to find a hotel close by, which was WAAAAY better than this dump they call a hotel. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK THIS HOTEL OR THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Stay away/ get what you pay for Don’t pick this hotel . It was 10 dollars cheaper than the hotel across the street. Big mistake, has kitchen. No table or chairs. No closet but big rack to hang clothes. No hangers. Tiny bar of soap. No shampoo. Called front desk and person who answers says i can’t hear you something is wrong with your phone. I said it is your phone not mine. Then I ask if there i supposed to be shampoo? She says no. But she has two left if I come down I can get one. No shampoo???? Never heard of not having shampoo in a hotel. Dirty bathtub. Whole floor smelled like onion and pot. Stay away.
