If you have to, avoid this location Horrible place to stay, they are not friendly and the rooms are not that clean, the AC unit falling apart and noisy

Very clean facility Propery was very kept up, night manager and clerk was very friendly and made me feel at home. It was a very quiet stay, no crazy loud noises or anything.

Horrible Absolutely the worst.... False advertising for breakfast they do not offer anything, I've seen other reviews saying they give a hostess but I never seen anything. The coffee is colored water. Apple juice wasn't to bad. I was spending $90 a night and getting harassed by the employees. Room service beating on the doors early in the morning knowing I work 3rd shift and my cousin had literally just gotten out of the hospital after having a triple bypass heart operation so very little rest.... I was in the shower in room 314 the skinny long haired maid/Manager walked right in on me she opened the shower curtain and asked me where the missing towel was at, I am serious, that night we found a hurt kitten had it in a cage in a room nursing it the following morning when the same lady comes barging in saying you lie bout having a pet, I tried to explain to her it was injured in her hallway, she kicks us out at 8:23 am Knowing my cuz could barely walk, I get everything loaded and find out they won't refund the days was paid ahead they stole my money. 2 hours after leaving my cousin had to go back to hospital in a ambulance because of them stressing him so badly, he is in Frisco ICU now these crooks are responsible. Red roof inn is right down the streets it's cheaper then 2 beds are same as king in price and rooms are much nicer. Pay me my $81.97 you stole. Clean all the trash in parking lot up

BEWARE ! I was overcharged without any refund or compensation for the problems they caused. I clearly proved to both the owner and the help that it was an overcharge . I still havnt heard from anyone after repeated calls

if there are other options, I would stay elsewhere if you go to Google, and search hotels in the McKinney area, we were looking for an hotel that had a light breakfast for the crew. We selected super eight based on that criteria however, all they had was a hostess cupcake or Twinkie, and a little cup of juice. That is not a breakfast or even a light breakfast that’s junk food
