Worst hotel I’ve ever seen We checked in and went to our room, we stayed for a few minutes and I decided we were not going to stay there! Dirty and disgusting! The a/c unit was leaking and had a huge water puddle, the beds were wet, there was dirt on the walls and broken furniture. Do NOT book this hotel! Wyndham hotels needs to shut this place down!

Don’t do it!! If you are super drunk, or a crackhead, this is the place for you. It was DISGUSTING. ALL OF IT. And Definitely don’t eat at the Wendy’s nearby. Also disgusting. Smelled gross. Looked gross. The entire night was miserably gross. You’re better off staying in your vehicle near some dumpsters.

Lovely hotel with indoor pool This was a good standard hotel with large comfortable rooms, free parking, a good breakfast and helpful staff. There was an indoor pool but unfortunately we didn't get time to use it. The hotel was slightly further to Beale Street by foot than I thought and we seemed to be the only people walking to and from town. Hotel was lovely though.

Stay anywhere else but here. Highly recommend you don't stay here. Bad location (you need transport rather than walking) & felt unsafe. Had someone peering in our room in the morning. We were booked for 2 nights & only stayed the 1 night. The condition of the room was disgusting. It had cigarette burns on the furniture, the carpet & the duvets, the bathroom door was falling off because it had one hinge holding it on and therefore would not close. The towel rail was coming off the wall, there was one working light in the whole room, and we were kind of thankful for that so that we couldn’t see the mould on the walls. Slept in our clothes it was so filthy. Not what you want after travelling for more than 20 hours.

Worst hotel I have ever been to The people that run this hotel are just trying to scam you. When we got there there were no other guests, then the manager gave us a smoking room and refused to let us upgrade, when we got to the room none of the lights would turn on and once they finally got them working we saw how horrible the room was. Some lamps had no light shades, and the rest were missing matched, there were wires hanging from the ceiling, no smoke alarm, holes burned in the comforter, stains all over the couch, the bath tub had gunk all over it, and when you flushed the toilet it made a screaming sound for 5 minutes, and the lights kept flickering. We decided to stay somewhere else and when we tried to get just a partial refund the manager denied that we had a reservation, then said we had booked for different days and had paid with cash (which we booked using Chase rewards points), Chase called them to get the refund and hung up on Chase. It is just a really sketchy place and the customer service is appalling.
