Lost this long time customer They are under renovation. They have taken down most of the Elvis items and no longer have Elvis 24 hours on TV. There is no breakfast. Our room was average. Hard bed. Someone's leftovers in the fridge. I stayed here many times in the past.... Almost once a year since the 90s. But this will be my last time. The Elvis influence was their best feature and now it's gone too. Also if you're disabled there are no elevators.

Very disappointed Was there when they remodeled. Was so nasty in rooms were down. They charged me50$ for a towel that had dirt from the pool chair. I replaced the towels in still never got my money back. I used to stay there all the time now I will never stay there if u are from Memphis u have to pay a 200$ deposit with don’t make sense. Then the housekeepers barely clean the rooms I had a dirty floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Seen big roaches crawling around the pool area trash all over grounds. Only one person was nice miss Juanita front desk in miss Lynn she did the breakfast they stopped that hotel staff rude in disrespectful.

Avoid this dump. Stayed here a few times before it closed down and it was brilliant. Staff where friendly and the breakfast was all you could eat and the rooms where very good. Also the Rock n Roll cafe next door was great especially when Michael Cullipher was there. Sadly it is now a run down dump and would not stay there if you paid me. Terrible to think such a handy place with Graceland just along the road has been allowed to end up like this. We now stay at the guesthouse which is pricey but extremely good. Took a look at it in 2022 when last there and could not believe what I saw. My advice is to avoid at all costs. Cannot say when we last stayed in 2019 as the chart does not go far enough.
