The cleanliness and routine was just not right, company need to ensure that proper cleaning techniques are being done. L Look over the process to make sure it is complete. Cleanliness is everything. Being caught between filth and trying to take test for business and resolve some issues was not comfortable

Hit and miss Very clean. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was fine. The only issue was the pool was not open. When I reserved this hotel it would’ve been nice to disclose that information in advance. I had the chance to take my grandkids for a few days to swim and was disappointed, but I would definitely stay again.

terribly dirty rooms, no lights in room front desk employees very rude all the ones there. front desk people very rude, if you complain they tell you to leave, my room had lights not working, put on 2nd floor with walking difficulties, walker, no working elevators, ice machine second floor could see wires etc no ice, fire exit signs are missing lettering just dangling wires, had fleas in room dirty carpet, tub didn't drain, refrigerator had many inches of buildup of ice hardly could use. bed blanket dirty, no handicap parking by steps, pool had very dark green water, don't swim in it, trash bags of trash in hall ways stacked up. complaining does no good, desk ladies are very good at putting you down and acting like they cant even fix room. they need to be given a class in customer care. there are no use of bathrooms in breakfast area, they have doors blocked so cant use, probably so desk people don't have to clean it. room was is bad shape . carpet smelled. don't rent unless you can stand no elevator, no pool, and having to get room keys resset all the time.. you are charged extra to have handicap room , and even if you do ask you will probably still get a tub... terrible customer support. maids don't even come by to offer clean towels, after I gave my dirty towels to mail I was told two hours to get two clean towels... desk people I watched were very rude to several people with simular complaints,,, they have mastered what to say in a rude way. very terrible... don't stay here, complaining to corporate wont work , each motel is individually owned, so no help there. the mptel is a death trap, smoke detector was missing in room ... and reporting to bbb only adds to reports of bad service, Priceline will only offer a 15% coupon on certain rooms for dec 2024 nothing else,,, really bad even Priceline cant do much on falling apart motel....

Gangbangers paradise Absolutely horrible experience. It would have been a better, more comfortable stay staying in the local jail. The place is a dump, I personally believe it is better off being torn down and rebuilt, than renovated. Bed sheets strewn outside of rooms, rude, inconsiderate staff, inoperable elevators, lack of hot running water, inoperable ice makers, bullets in the parking lot, filthy, disgusting pool. I have no words. The property is in NO way a good reflection for Wyndham, and I plan on letting corporate know. I have multiple pictures to support my complaints. Although every single issue was brought to hotel staffs attention, not a single thing was done. You're better off staying in the local jail or under a bridge. Bring body armor and a weapon if you plan on staying here.

____ This hotel need to be close down, we rented a room and the tv don’t work moved to another room and it has baby roaches, i will see if i can file a complaint with the health department, the first room had a large stain on the cover, elevator don’t work, stayed here 2 years ago and the elevator was broke that long, i will never stay here ever again, they have no intention of fixing anything.
