Terrible motel not hotel Terribile people and terribile motel not hotel . I was here with my family, and we left after less than half an hour. This place cannot possibly be called a hotel—at best, it’s a creepy motel. It’s dirty, full of cockroaches, and outdated. I have no idea how this “motel” like this stay open.

My trip was scheduled for August but had issues with reservation!! If I could not rate this sh*tty place I would!!! My fiancé, best friend, and I booked this hotel back in June. They took first night/deposit out (which was fine) on 06/11/20. We decided to cancel because of Miami being a hotspot for covid. After canceling the reservation on 07/01/20, I still have not seen a refund. I’ve called and called and even emailed. I spoke with three individuals all together over MY MONEY!! The first person told me something was going on with my card and that I had to speak with a manager the next day. The next day, this same person picked up the phone and told me the manager was not in but they were able to issue a refund, they didn’t. The second person told me, some odd days, later he would look into my account and call me back in 10-15 mins which never happened. I sent an email and still haven’t gotten a response. I called today, 07/24/20, and finally reached someone. The last person, Eana (possibly not spelled correctly) told me she was trying to “help”. I was very ugly on the phone because I wanted my money and was fed up! She claimed the refund was made on the 15th of this month but my bank said otherwise. I called her again and she said she would send over a screenshot proving they did a refund. One can only imagine where that email went because I never got it, after her claiming she sent it 4 times. I have disputed the charges with my bank but DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FUNDS!!! **BEWARE** you’re booking with Ocean Surf but if you need to reach them via phone, you’ll hear an automated system stating “you’ve reached Days Inn”. Also, when you finally do talk with someone they’ll actually be at the Broadmore hotel. These scamming spots are all in conjunction. You’ve been warned!

Not good running down Just to give you an idea of the comfort almost a direct connection with the hallway through the door crack.The hotel is very old and poorly maintain. Toilet runing or not refilling. No tel in the room, no coffe maker. On 13 days they did the room 7 times.Good location. Alway certainly booked, due To shortage and compétitive price

Really Poor quality hotel but well located Room smelled like humidity when the AC is not turned on and the metal safe wasn't working. They gave us a second room. Same issues... plus we saw a coach roach in the shower. Sheets were a bit stained and the room is poorly renovated (paint & caulking badly done + holes in the corners of the walls + bathrooms letting spiders and other insect come in). Only positive thing is that the location is great... right in front of the beach and all the shops and restaurants are around (next to Collins Street). Do not book this hotel if you need a comfortable place to stay, but just a place to let you personal stuff and explore Miami. I will never book this place again with my girlfriend.

No Frills or cable If u wanna go to Miami, but dont have lots of money...go here... this hotel saved my family vacation and even though there was no cable. Clean hotel, the front desk was hospitable, gave me directions and told us how to get around for frr
