Exceptional front desk service; hotel having construction/facelift & this wonderful frservice made up for that inconveni We arrived to find our room was not ready; but front desk clerk (?name) was happy to rectify that immediately finding us a comparable room. Randi, front desk person was helpful for next few days as I was able to CHAT & have extra items brought to room, cancel our housekeeping & request DND. Her service was “above & beyond” pleasant & exceptional @ all times. Randi is an asset to the Hilton brand! Thank you!

Beds are extremely miserable The beds are beyond uncomfortable. The front desk people were fantastic and moved me to another room, as I had intended to stay 4 days and knew I couldn’t sleep on the very old, sagging but also rock-like bed. However, the new room had the same miserable bed. Everything else is great (staff, cleanliness, linens, location, restaurant) but I’ll be checking out 3 days early and finding other accommodations. I discredited the many reviews complaining about the beds…as I’m not picky but I literally can’t sleep on the bed.

No hot water Very disappointed with our stay. The hotel had no hot water. We complained at the front desk but at that point we could not shower or shave. They did not offer a refund. In addition, the hotel is run down and currently undergoing a major renovation.

Wait for renovations to be completed Just finished a 3 night stay here. They are currently undergoing some seriously needed renovations. Our room had dozens of holes in the carpet and one of the windows had failed (double paned with condensation inside). Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was $18 pp and decent. Plenty of free parking. Location perfect for us as our grandchildren live nearby.

Excellent staff We had a great experience at this hotel. There were 4 of us and we stayed one night. We went to see the Stones at Gillette Stadium May 30th. The hotel is really close to 495 and close enough to the stadium. I can't give you a time in minutes to get to Gillette bc the traffic on 495 is horrendous and I think it's like that all the time, not just with a big event. That aside, we got a king suite with a pullout couch. I initially had booked a room with 2 doubles but called the hotel the night before to see if I could get a bigger room. They were completely sold out but I asked about cancelations. I was told I could try calling back by noon the next day and maybe I would get lucky. The woman I spoke with then said she was going to be working anyway when we were supposed to check in, and said she would keep us in mind should a cancelation come in. When we got to the hotel, she had moved us to the larger room and didn't charge us bc of the way the situation worked out. It was awesome of her. All of the front desk people were excellent. The room was very clean, there was a small full size fridge, plenty of room for 4, clean bathroom, comfy king bed. Only negative is the pullout sucked. It was maybe a full or queen but the mattress was beat and you could feel the springs/frame through it and the room did have a bit of air freshener type smell but not awful. The breakfast was the usual buffet and was decent. They tended to it regularly (and it was really busy with all the concert-goers staying there.) And the coffee was actually good! I would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the staff that helped us.
