Spotless I stayed for 5 days with my family and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was helpful and we even had turn down service once every other day, which was really nice. All the other amenities were excellent, breakfast, pool, gym, and all the common areas were always clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Disappointed As a Diamond Elite Member I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This one fell short of my expectations. I asked for a top-floor room and instead got a room on the backside of Lowe's, where I had to listen to the constant "beep, beep, beep" sound of forklift vehicles all day. I understand that the hotel was fully booked when I checked in, but I was here for 7 days. Are you seriously telling me that you couldn't accommodate my request during that time-period?

Dogs everywhere--halls, elevator, breakfast area. This hotel had very comfortable beds and a decent variety of items at breakfast. But we give this hotel a very low rating because of all the dogs everywhere and the way the morning desk clerk treated us regarding it during out 3 day stay. My daughter was terrorized by a dog in the past--therefore, it was very important for her to at least be away from them, as they cause her to panic. At this hotel, there were dogs in the halls, barking through room doors, in the elevator, on the way from the elevator to the front door, and even in the breakfast area! I told the front desk clerk about her terror, and the clerk informed me that every guest signs a paper regarding not having pets in public areas. She said (the next day) that she had talked to the dog owners staying there, in regards to my daughter, and that she told them "They'll be leaving tomorrow, so you'll only have to put up with this one day." She also said that she and 6 other workers had had a long discussion about us, and that there was nothing else she could do. I informed her that in the hospital where I am an RN, if someone has a disruptive child running down the hall, I take it on as my responsibility and set limits so the child does not knock down one of my patients who is walking in the hall. She looked away and would not meet my eye. Despite that, the dog problem continued the next day. Then, after we reported the dog in the breakfast area, she said that she didn't see it (area is in view of the desk) and, therefore, couldn't do anything about it. When my daughter came out of the elevator and met the clerk's eye, the clerk looked away and went in the back room and hid from us. We are travelers and have stayed at hundreds of hotels, both in the US and in Europe. We have never encountered this problem before, and have never been treated as having fewer rights than dogs and their owners do. We will definitely not stay at this hotel or any Holiday Inn again, since we were treated as second class citizens.

Underwhelming Beds need replacement I could literally feel the springs. You can hear every footstep above you. Guests and non Guests were allowed to have a loud party with alcohol in the pool area making it unusable by other guests. Breakfast was bland and unappealing compared to other IHG properties.

Nice, Clean Hotel, but Some Beds could use Updating We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of December. When staying here, you will find nice, clean rooms with microwaves and refrigerators. We had a room with two double beds. The double bed was more like a single. We could not even turn around in the bed. I have slept in double beds before and this was not a double bed. It looked barely larger than a twin bed. The springs were also bulging through on the left side of the bed. This was room 105. After staying here 3 nights our backs were hurting from the bedding. Everything else about the hotel was very nice. I would stay here again, but would request a room with larger beds.
