Over paid for value Not the best experience, overpriced for what we got. Very outdated. Beds were average, on the uncomfortable side. Manageable for value motel for one night. Front desk seemed bothered by us when we arrived. Tried not to ask too many questions so we don't bother him further. Sketchy fight down the hall where police arrived. Bonus: ice machine for our cooler. Morning girl at front desk much more friendlier.

FIRE ALARMS DURING SLEEP 2 AM.-NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST-STILL CHARGED FOR IT-FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS! FIRE ALARMS GOES OFF IN EVERY ROOM AT 2AM FOR 15 MINUTES 2 TIMES AT NIGHT CAUSING PANIC, NO SLEEP, HEADACHES, AND HEART ATTACK. ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE SMOKED IN THEIR ROOM THEREFORE EVERYONE SUFFERED FROM THEIR ACTIONS. MANY OLDER ADULTS CAME OUT OF THE ROOM AFFRAID IT WAS A FIRE. DURING CHECKOUT THEY STATED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT COMES OUT TO DETERMINE WHO SMOKED IN THEIR ROOM WHICH IS PROBABLY AGAINST LAW! THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITHOUT DIGNITY AND RESPECT! MANAGER GONE UNTIL SOMETIME NEXT WEEK, NO DISCOUNT FOR DISTURBANCE! AWFUL!

Dirty Never will I ever stay there again. Bathroom was dirty. Roaches were everywhere and she had the nerve to try to charge me twice. I had to prove to them that they already took the money out of my account. Save your money and go else where!!!

Very rude and unprofessional FIRST OFF, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. My wife and I have been staying here for the past several days and I must say that the Indian clerk is extremely unprofessional, and rude towards women and minorities. The morning front desk clerk (female) is always very polite, but the male that works nights and weekends has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY RUDE. So, my wife and I work opposite shifts, we pay daily over the phone, and doing so the keys reset. When I get off work, my wife already has her key made, so all I do is take my key to the front desk to have them reset it so I can gain access into my paid room. Well, I guess this man has a major problem with that. So today (12/11/22) I was waiting at an unoccupied front desk for about 10 minutes, when he comes in from outside. I simply asked him if he could update my key. He then goes off on a tangent and begins cussing me out saying this is not going to work. I tried to explain to him that my wife work opposite shifts, but he wouldn't let me get a word in, then "shoos" me away and tells me to get out. I then said he was very unprofessional and I will be doing a review on Yelp, he said, he didn't care and to get out! I then walked out, then walked back in and told him "all I wanted was a key, and didnt understand what his issue was, then I left. Every interaction my wife and I has had with him has been negative and unpleasant. He always throws the keys down, never says thank you or have a nice day. This motel should retrain him on his customer service skills, I'm sure the Econo Lodge / Choice Hotels corporate office will not condone this type of behavior. Econo lodge / Choice Hotels management team and corporate office will be hearing about this incident.

Don’t stay here!! This should not be a choice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and they all where awful. There where cigarette burn marks on the comforter and floor. Bathroom was dirty and smell like urine. I used shower shoes to take a shower and the floor was dirty so we had to put a towel down just to feel like the floor was clean. The heat did not work in the room and the air that did come out smelled horrid. After the second day of no room service we had to go get new towels and the front desk clerk refused to give us new ones tell my fiancé that we had revived room service earlier that day. After arguing we received fresh towels. I would never stay here again and for almost 100$ a night it was definitely under the expectation of just a clean and suitable room. Let me not forget the the 1am yelling that scares you awake for two nights in a row. Attached are the burned sheets and the day we supposedly got room service.
