Decent Stay This place has actually been pretty decent as an extended stay hotel. Our room was decent, modern, & clean. It was small, but it was extremely comfortable. There were a couple of other Extended Stay America hotels right on the other side of the block which is weird, but one got bought out by another company. The main big one there felt sketchy, we didn't like the vibe there. This one seems hidden, but it feels safer and its a bit more quiet which we really like about the place. A couple of ladies that work the desk an elder lady name Connie and a younger lady, in which I didn't remember her name, started with a K took the best care of us. One of the guys that work at night seems a bit lazy or doesn't seem to care much about his job. We been there for 4 months. Their prices fluctuate depending on the time of season. They tell you that their prices would drop after you stay a certain amount of time, but it's not a guarantee. They charged more than $500 a week which is pricey, their cheapest rate has gone to $460 at its lowest. Compared to staying at the Drake Inn, it was definitely way better. We didn't see much cockroaches or dealt with any bed bugs which is great. Their breakfast doesn't consist of regular meals other than snack bars and coffee, nothing fancy. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Don't stay here DANGER The front desk service was horrible. I don't even know how they are still in business. They were rude and don't tell you any of the fine print. I work for the government and treated like trash. The rooms were nasty with burns in the sheets and the chair. Water pressure sucked. The women clearly HATE their job!! My advice...QUIT

Unhappy Experience The only ESA my husband and I have ever stayed in was in Tallahassee FL until this Thanksgiving week. We were given a free night from our stay there this past August. We used the free night in Nashville November 21st and also made reservations that we paid for November 22 and 23rd. The free night we were shocked at how unclean the room 110 seemed, plus killed 2 spiders and a bug. Went to look in the coat closet for a broom and could not get over how nasty and cobwebby the floor was in the closet. The room had two full baths. The one off the kitchen had splatters all over the sink faucet where it had not been cleaned and there was black dye or something on the tub that wiped off with my Clorox wipe. The next morning I went to find out about checking into our next two nights and would we have to move. We had to move and I told them I hoped it was cleaner than the room we were leaving. They had me look at 303 to see if it was acceptable. It definitely smelled cleaner than the other one. After being settle in the room you noticed how dirty the door area is and the electric outlets are so nasty. We do not want a free night and are not asking for one. We just want you to know how nasty this place is. Maybe ever who owns it needs to stay there.

Soloing on Elm Hill Wanted a clean and cheap place to get some rest. I got half of that. Place is overpriced for what it is. I realize it’s an “extended stay hotel” and may be cheaper the longer you stay. Was clean but very dated. No convenient outlets to charge technology (phones, tablets, watches, hearing aids, etc.) Carpet was in bad condition along with furniture. Breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water, granolas, packaged muffins, oatmeal. The gentleman that checked me out never said, thank you, have a good day, kiss my aXX, nothing.
