They were about ready to rent our reserved handicap room to another person (non handicap) We had reserved room weeks prior and already prepaid. We got lost so I called around 5:30 pm. Once we got there which was minutes later we went inside there was cash on the counter and a man standing there. Apparently he was renting our room prior and wanted to continue staying. She said they are here. Then she said to us we have to clean the room after he gets his stuff out. We were not happy about that having to wait after a long drive. It was June and over 100 degrees out and waiting outside for our room to be cleaned. We wondered what would of happened if we didn't make it when we did. Also come to find out this was the only smoking room left and this man smoked that is why he rented it. She would of had 2 different rentals for the same night? Who would of been the one not staying there him or us?

One night emergency I booked this room just because we had no where to stay after a party near by. It is in need of major remodeling. The room smelled musky and all the furniture looked ancient! My check in process wasn't the greatest either. I'm not sure if it was because it was late at night but the man wasn't friendly or welcoming. I must say that it did the trick for a one night emergency but unless this place gets a facelift, I will not stay here again. I hope the owners read this and remodel because Norco is growing and so is their competition.

Basic but clean This was not a fantastic place. It was clean. The bathroom was clean, the room smelled clean. Furniture was older but not broken down. The room was noisy due to neighbors, but neighbors playing music in the next door room was not the fault of the motel. There is a strict rule that you will be charged if you have more people using your room than you claimed at check in. Claim them at check in. Each person there uses water and electric. Towels are thin but not torn. Fridge and microwave in the room. Small coffee maker, ironing board, and a hair dryer. I was mildly annoyed at the motion sensor lights but it was not a big deal. I coped and understood the electric costs are high. It saves them money. Doors open to the street, this is a motel. No breakfast. Free wifi apparently, I did not test.

NEGATIVE 2 STAR MOTEL This 2 star motel was rated 2 stars too many! The few times I've had to stay here, not one time has the experience ever been the least bit enjoyable. The attitudes of the husband and wife that run this place (especially the husband), are just as ugly as the carpet and decor there. Free WiFi...yeah right! There was NO WiFi there at all. The rooms stink like mold and give you that creepy feeling that you're on camera whether inside or outside your room. If you do have to stay there, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER or you WILL be in for a big surprise with additional unauthorized charges. There is hardly anyone ever there in the parking lot and now I know why. Three words that will sum this up...HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE!!!

expensive no customer service charged 95.00 on a sunday and charged 2 people ahead of me 75.00 they say free no customer service charged me $95 on a sunday &charged 2 people ahead of me $75 they say free breakfast but in actuality they don't even serve you coffee after i was there 3 days they told me 1 hr before they were going to do this, they said we're having the carpet changed in a couple rooms they redid the carpet in 3 rooms total &the carpet installed looked used but that's beside the point so they changed the carpet in my room and made me sit outside of my room with all my luggage in 90 degree heat for 2 or 3 hours& wouldnt allow me to go into a different room in the hotel since they planned on doing that and knew i was not checking out& they told me after I paid in full . My room is being recarpeted in an hr & have all my stuff out of the room then I asked for another room while they were doing it & they said no & the hotel was basically empty & charged me $95 that day didn't give me a discount or apologize. The refrigerator in the room the door would not shut on itso I had to tape it shut & the TV worked just fine but there was some sort of parental settings on it that would not allow me to watch any channel that was above PG ratingso I went into the settings & changed the it back myself & it still wouldn't workI told them they did nothing, so I couldn't watch TV the whole time I was there which isn't bad. Then finally they drop the price down to $78 a day and a $2 fee if I use a credit or debit card during the time I was there i paid about $1300-1400 for 22 days the husband& wife that manage& live there got into fights with 6 different guess that I saw personally & 3 others that I heard about from the husband & wife. They don't honor AAA discounts even though it says so on tgere website their towels are filthy, they charge you $ .25 for ice which isn't bad I guess but when you put in a quarter the ice machine doesn't work. you say hi to the managers (husband &wife) that live there they will flat out ignore you even if you're standing there in their lobby paying them it's one word answers when I call the front desk from the room to ask a question they hang up you. I was treated terrible my vehicle was in the shop at the mechanic and I'm in the process of moving to another state so in a bind & was stuck there. They have a comp in the lobby that runs extremely slow which is fine but then when you ask them about it they say "go to the HoJo down the st. they're cheaper there rooms are nicer & they offer you free breakfast they told 4 other guest that too
