Pleasantly Surpised --just needed a room to sleep in Originally, we only booked a couple of nights because the hotel we had been staying in (in Cape Coral) wasn't meeting our needs and, honestly, we weren't sure what we would find because the price was lower and in a part of Ft Myers we were unfamiliar with. Happily, it was clean (if not current decor), quiet and comfortable. NOTHING seedy about it like we'd seen in other parts of Ft Myers after Irma. What a relief! The towels were clean and pretty fluffy; the bed was very comfy. I slept really well and since I was there primarily to sleep that was super important to me. There was plenty of good lighting and the WiFi worked well! in our room. We were in the handicapped room (first floor near the office) that had just a shower in the bathroom for easy wheelchair access; neither of us missed a tub. There's no door on the frame to the bathroom, so I imagine that is easier for someone in a wheelchair to navigate. The downside is that there's no privacy when using the "facilities". ;P The bedroom was a bit crowded with furniture, but after our hotel stay in Cape Coral that didn't have enough furniture it was nice to have some place to sit to work/eat other than the bed. Honestly, I don't see how anyone in a wheelchair could easily navigate the bedroom area because the of the extra furniture, but it worked well for us and we were pleased. I was also happy that we didn't hear a lot of noise from the road, even though we were toward the front of the property. There was a rather sizable clean refrigerator (bigger than the standard hotel fridge, but not full size), a microwave and hair dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were happy to extend our stay for a couple more days, so we didn't have to move again before completing our tasks in Cape Coral. There aren't many hotel choices in Cape Coral and this one was close enough that it didn't add too much travel time for us and I would definitely stay here again the next time we need to visit Cape Coral or Ft Myers.

Worst Hotel in Ft Meyers My party all came to ft meyers for a convention, and we had booked our rooms far enough in advance to not have the issues we actually had. The front desk check in person was obviously on drugs and threatened to call the police on us because our black suv looked similar to her dealers vehicle (?) her words not mine!! Recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible and do not waste your time and money with this roach infested establishment!!!

Okay but dirty Used points for a nights stay, reservation was for a King non smoking room, they gave us a queen bed that was way too soft. Biggest surprise was the couch.... FILTHY. Didn't want to put anything on it. As with most budget hotels the room was dated, thin walls so sound travels. Was ok for a quick overnight.

Dump We checked into the room and took one look and ran for the car. Furnishing's would be turned down by Good Will. I pulled back the sheet, and there was a brown skid mark on it. Checked out got a receipt for the security deposit, and no return for the one night's stay. I'd sleep on a park bench before sleeping in that place. Seedy, dirty. Everything was booked in town that night. Drove home to Fort Lauderdale.

Pleasantly surprised. My husband and I wanted a hotel that was close to the airport and reasonable. We were plesantly surprised with the cleanliness and appearance of the room itself. We would definitely stay there, again.
