Great stay! Great stay! We stayed here a few times. All the staff is nice and make sure you get what you want and need. Pool/hot tub open till 12 which is awesome!

Cutting corners is this hotel's mo Everyone at the front desk that we came in contact with was fabulous. Our bed was comfortable. However, our room was not very clean. There was food on the floor behind the chair. The tile floor had not been mopped and the carpet was dirty. We called downstairs to request additional pillows and the front desk flat refused to provide us with any additional pillows. The pillows were terribly flat. The towels provided were scratchy and very small. Please invest in some fluffier towels. There was a brownie that was on the floor for our entire stay of 3 nights in the hallway near an employees only entrance on the 2nd floor. And finally, most of the breakfast items were watered down: the cranberry juice was cranberry water, the waffle mix was watered down, along with the coffee and the oatmeal. The corner cutting was very apparent at your hotel and I hope you use this review to take a look at the items mentioned here.

Not a good choice. Dirty, old facility. Food was left in the refrigerator from last stay, tub is filthy, visible holes in wall, peeling drywall on ceiling/cracks. Various random people in parking lot for excessive amounts of time at night. Did not feel safe.

Relaxing stay by Happy travels AWESOME staff, they were the most kind accommodating staff always a smile and a immediate greeting , room was very clean, just a very relaxed atmosphere and I highly recommend this hotel , comfortable bed fluffy pillows, great area by 12 Oaks mall , many restaurants in the area to choose from

Never again! I am not pleased with my stay. We checked in, put our stuff in and left for a concert. We come back from our concert to go to bed. Lifted the comforter off to find stains in our sheets, crumbs and a straw wrapper underneath. The bedding was clearly not stripped from the bed which means we layed in dirty sheets from whoever stayed in the rooms before us. This is disgusting and unacceptable. When we called the front desk , the guy had us come down to the room to get sheets and we had to change our own bedding. Not to mention , he had an attitude with us and acted bothered that we wanted new sheets. We got new sheets and one of those had stains as well. I will NEVER stay here again.
