Hilton Chicago Visit The check-in went smoove and the front desk staff was very professional. The front desk lady even offered my 4yr old granddaughter chips for free. We get to our room and it's clean and nice including the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable which had my granddaughter and myself snoring all night according to my daughter. We didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel bc we wanted to save money. We didn't get a chance to get in the pool or work out. No problems with our stay and checkout went smooth. Definitely will stay here again.

No thanks!!! Not at all worth the price and staff is rude!!! I have stayed many places...Days Inn for instance is about half the price as are Baymont and offer the same amenities. The toilet was clogged, they gave us just one towel, there is nothing whatsoever fancy about it, the hot tub was out of service, the breakfast offered is continental at most hotels it is free...here they call it a buffett and charge 15 per person __☹️and...omg the staff were really rude!!!

Dirty rooms, noisy hotel, Non helpful to address concerns Hotel Under construction. Promised all of us the rooms that were renovated not what we got. Lobby under construction. Noisy inside and out. Half the folks got rooms on second floor which was not renovated. The updated rooms were decent but not ready. Items were not there like chairs, sap, etc. It was terrible overall for hilton property. Will never stay here again based on how this stay went and how Hilton failed to address our complaints.

Mostly all good memories at this property! Chef Jeffrey Dobbs was outstanding and the bartender David made a very good Old Fashioned for me. Chef Jeffrey cooked up a salmon dinner perfectly. He also whipped up a delicious dessert of ice cream, chocolate brownie with fudge sauce. Chef came out to say hello and was quite personable. Five plus stars for Chef Jeffrey!!!! Your people at the front desk in the PM hours were not the sharpest and or attentive. Walked by the front desk many times since I stayed at this property five nights on two different business trips. The evening front desk group looked as if they did very little to nothing productive. Just standing at the front desk waiting for their shift to be over. Note: There were other more competent looking and productive people at the front desk that showed interest in what they were doing during the morning hours. I'll stay at this property again because Maria who is the breakfast hostess in the morning is very nice. Your breakfast selections and quality is excellent. Kudos to Chef Jeff again for the breakfast quality/taste and of course Maria who makes sure each guest is attended to and coffee if hot and ready. See you next time.

So Friendly! Here on business and I don't usually make time to write reviews, but I wanted to share that the staff here - from the front desk (Stephanie, Dave, Sharron, and more) to the maintenance and kitchen - they have gone above and beyond to make my stay here so comfortable. Whenever something wasn't quite up to par for me, they made up for it. I've got dietary restrictions, and to Chef Jeff was able to accommodate them and still make meals that were delicious. I have stayed in many a franchise hotel this year for business, and I don't recall that ever happening. If you need to stay out here, I recommend staying here.
