Fire all of front desk and get some real Hospitality in there. This hotel is a deposit scam. They banged on my door while I was in the shower. I was forced to open the door with my towel on only. Front desk stormed in the room looking around. She said somebody was smoking but me and my wife don't smoke so we got that cleared up which was the first downer. 2nd downer was I was charged 25 for a blood stain drop on the covers. My wife was on her period at the time. Out of 1000 hotels this was a first for me. So from check in to check out they were trying to find a way to get my deposit and they were very rude about it. I book this hotel because most Oyo I had visited wasn't this hungry for a deposit. Never will book again and will never refer anyone to this location. The staff is going to hurt the owners of this place. Hotel has lost value because of this

Do not rent a room here If you stay here you won't get your deposit back or at least not the full l amount of it, plus they make up lies to not have to give your money back, I booked a hotel stay for a week and had nothing but issues, I asked for an extra blanket and was told that house keeping locks them up, I tried to get one for 2 days and was ignored then on day 4 we had to pay an extra 50.00 on top of our 100.00 deposit and 50.00 pet deposit for our cat, because they said we broke the hotel room rules because they said the towels they collected from our room had poop on them and they didn't, then the next day they said the same thing, after asking for proof of the soiled towels, we were asked to check out, then they refused to refund the one night we had left on our stay, and only gave me the 50.00 pet deposit back, so they kept the 150.00 due to linen fees. This place is not a good place and management is sketchy at best, save your self sometime and book at one of the other motelsxaround there, after leaving, I booked a room at another motel nearby for 2.00 more a night and they were so much better, we got our whole deposit back on checkout. No one could pay me enough to stay at oyo townhomes again and I have told all 1500 of my coworkers how bad it was.

BEWARE Lobby stank of pot. Everything was dirty and run down. Back door stayed propped open and there were very pretty young girls being dropped off by "family members" who used the back door to get into the hotel. A young man was waiting in the lobby until the lady who checked us in led him down the hall to a different room. The floor in the elevator was wrecked. We had no hair dryer, but holes in the wall where it used to be. Online site listed fridges and microwaves as amenities, our room had neither. There were blood stains on the comforter. Only one pillow per guest and when we asked for more we were told we couldn't have any because housekeeping locks everything up when they leave. Supposedly. We killed 3 roaches in our room. There was no breakfast as advertised. It's not worth the money, and definitely not worth the $100 deposit they require to book. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 2/

Horrible Nooooooo! I booked a room for several nights through Priceline. When I arrived they required an additional $100. It was midnight and they required a card in hand. So. They cleared my account for the room and would not even allow me to use their restroom while I was waiting for my bank and or friend to clear up the account. I slept in my car that night. First time in my life. The woman at at front desk never moved from her seat while priceline tried to call them for over an hour with no answer. Terrible? Horrible? Ghetto? I’ve never experience anything like it.

Crackhead palace with comfortable beds Run! I read reviews that led me to book it and found that while it had some positives, NOTHING would make me stay here again. It is crawling with unsavory characters and one was screaming at my husband and trying to get in his face because my husband did not want to discuss my Jeep at midnight after a 12 hr drive. The guy’s girlfriend liked it and he apparently felt entitled to have a conversation- he was drunk or high or something. We were sure we were going to be calling the cops in the morning because of something being done to it. We didn’t, but it didn’t make for a good sleep. There was graffiti in the bathroom, towels for 2 when we booked for 4 and they were oversized hand towels. Beds actually comfortable and the room stayed dark enough. They kept it surprisingly clean looking like it had tried to be remodeled but it was a lipstick on a pig situation. Get security and stop letting every crackhead stay inside or outside. They charge a mandatory $100 deposit on the stay and then refund you the very next morning but it takes 5 days. This isn’t a hold, it’s a charge. What hotel doesn’t just do a pending charge? We had already paid via a travel website for the room so we were stuck. Sign on the wall says if the workers fail to charge it, they get 3 write ups and then fired. If I had pulled up and saw the all the characters outside though and had not already paid, I would never had darkened the door. Cigarette butt on the floor at checkout plus sticky floor. Gross in every way. Just don’t.
