Excellent! Our group had a weekend meeting at this location, which has a conference room. I had exceptional service here. Amanda, Nataly, and Noemie were over-the-top proficient workers who were always happy to help. Any group function I arrange in the future will be here. I highly recommend this location. Updated and clean. It was a clean, updated hotel. Amanda at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area for restaurants and entertainment. This is a great hotel. We would stay there again. The hotel is near the highway but we never heard a vehicle all night.

Terrific Choice! I was back in Washington helping with a move.I chose this property based on location and ratings.It was a great choice. My room (402) was spotless. It was a queen with both a seating and work area.Room was well appointed. Breakfast area was clean and provided really nice selections each morning.They had a nice beverage area in lobby. Staff was fantastic, especially Niki. The housekeeping staff as well! Thank you. Mrs, W.

Excellent night stay for a family The hotel was welcoming. Clean and up to date! Check in process was quick. plenty of room for family of four and fresh beds. We were concerned with the parking situation since we are familiar with the area but there was security walking the lot at night thus we were able to actually sleep without worry. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety to pick from.

Two soccer teams, 100 Members, Perfect Stay! Reviews are very subjective, but I wanted to tell you about my experience with Comfort Inn Pacific. I brought two soccer teams (9 year old girls) here last weekend for a local tournament. Thats 26 players plus another 80 families members. It was a big task to organize. I started a couple months early and reached out to Nataly the GM, and Nicky the AGM and gave them a heads up on what we were doing and how many people we were bringing. There was constant communication with both of them to work out any issues with that large of group. They were super easy to work with and because of that the weekend was PERFECT! On our arrival Friday afternoon there was a sign out front welcoming us to the hotel, a very special touch for the kids to see. They had a small goodie bags for each of the players as they checked in. Just some candy and water, but a fun touch. Of course the kids wanted to use the pool right away, and that was ready too. We always do a team breakfast every time we stay in a hotel and with this many people we knew we were going to overrun the medium size breakfast area. Nataly and Nicky were ready for that too. They brought in extra staff to run the always popular waffle machines and premade a bunch of waffles. Then they opened the 2nd floor conference room for all the families to eat in. They even set up a table in that room with coffee, fruit, and brought in fun little donuts. Plus we asked them for milk and syrup upstairs for the waffles and cereal and they said no problem. Don't get me wrong, there was still a long line downstairs for the eggs, bacon, and biscuits, but overall it went pretty smooth. The entire staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, and kitchen, were always glad to see the kids and were outgoing. Best of all this place was clean, with no rift-raft around, and no obvious homeless people being sheltered there. Thanks again to Nataly and her entire staff for making this stay memorable.
