Budget friendly and convenient Overall, this is a decent place in a good area with pleasant staff. If you are looking for a better price, this is a good option. Our room was clean and everything worked as it should. There is no AC so we kept the fan on and window open. The carpet was musty smelling as if they cleaned it but it didn't fully dry. Leaving the window open helped that. The shower was nice. The rooms are pretty small and there is not a lot of room for any luggage, but the pillows and bed are very fluffy and comfortable. I really liked the coffee shop and restaurants near by. It is right by a metro station, pharmacy, and two grocery stores, which were super helpful. It was so nice to sit outside and people watch in the mornings. They do have a breakfast option if you want, but we didn't get that. There is no mini fridge in the room so keep that in mind when bringing food back.

Not a pleasant stay. We have stayed at the hotel for one night and had water leakage in the bathroom. We got back to our room after dinner and was met with a leakage from the toilet. The leakage was very small, but we went down to tell the receptionist. He came back upstairs with us to have a look, and told us to just put towels around the toilet and by the door, so this is what we did. When we woke up the next morning, the leakage had got a lot worse, and the bathroom floor was flooded. The water was also coming into the bedroom where our stuff has been, so most of our stuff was soaking wet and unusable. We went down to the reception, once again, to let them know about the worsening of the leakage. Two men came upstairs to look at it, but they could not do anything. We have not been able to use the toilet or the shower because of this, and we have not been offered new towels, as all of our other towels are on the floor trying to soak up all the water - unsuccessfully. The morning after, after a looong while, we were offerd a new room so we could shower, but could not have the room for more than one hour. And was not offers any place to dry our clothes. We had to pack our soaking wet stuff in our suitcases and this ruined some of our clothes and stuff. One week later we got an answer on our mail. That we could get a 10% discount on our next stay. No apology, no refund and no service. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Good price and location Great price for a stay in Paris. Close to the Metro and some wonderful bakeries and restaurants. Our room had two single beds and was small. The washroom was a comfortable size and hot water was plentiful. Hotel desk staff were friendly and helped us store our luggage so we could tour the city before check in and after check out.

NICE LITTLE GEM OF A HOTEL Easy to find just a few minutes walk from Rue les boules metro station. Nice area with a carrefour just around the corner and a few restaurants dotted about but it’s only about 7/8 mins walk to Place Nation which has anything you could possibly need. Check in was easy and quick and all staff members we encountered were friendly. Corridors to the rooms were a little tight and lift small but the room itself was quite a nice size by Parisian Standards. Room was clean and nicely decorated and did look like the pictures on the website but the bathroom very small and I banged my head on the wall a couple of times when sitting on the toilet lol. Shower was powerful but hairdryer absolutely rubbish (like every french hotel dryer I’ve encountered) so bring your own ladies. There is a nespresso machine in the room and a few pods are provided but no milk. There is quite a lot of building work around the hotel that seems to have disturbed others but it didn’t disturb us and we’re not heavy sleepers. We were on the 5th floor with a balcony so that possibly could be why. I would recommend this hotel _

Comfortable & convenient, but a bait-and-switch on the included breakfast! This hotel was advertised as "Comfort Hotel Pere Lachaise," 12 Rue Leon Frot, Paris 75011 when we booked in the spring and later stayed there in September 2023. It is conveniently located only about two blocks from a Metro station. Although the corridors, rooms, and bathrooms were tiny, they were adequate, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful with directions, maps, luggage storage, and nearby restaurant recommendations. The one complaint about the hotel was that, when we booked it in the spring of 2023 (for our stay in September), the price was advertised as breakfast included. However, when we checked in, we were informed that the "breakfast included policy" had changed at the end of August and that, if we wanted breakfast at the hotel, we would have to purchase it at an additional charge of about 12 Euros. Not wishing to reward that conduct, we elected to walk to a nearby patisserie/boulangerie for breakfast each morning while staying there.
