Terrible This is beyond the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Bunch of drug addicts and homeless people hanging around outside. Couldn’t sleep because of how many people were fighting outside my door. Save yourself and spend the money for a nice and SAFE hotel. This place will leave you restless. I highly suggest not coming here and don’t dare come if you have kids or a nice car.

Spent our Honeymoon here. Perfect for newlyweds We are very recently married and spent several days here- we are doing a honeymoon trip up in Flagstaff and the GC but wanted to relax for a few days beforehand. Hotel management couldn’t be any more welcoming; room service is fantastic- try the Chicken Kiev if you have a chance. Seafood is fresh and out of this world. The pool and spa are a great way to freshen up and beat this ungodly heat. We will definitely be back when we visit family next visit to PHX!

Scary Place Not sure what actually is going on at this establishment. The razor wire on the block wall that surrounds the grounds was an immediate Red Flag. The lime green water in the swimming pool had us quite concerned, and the abundance of personal items left lying out on the balconies of all three floor levels gave the impression that many guests had been there - for quite some time. We'd seen enough and left without ever entering the lobby.

WARNING; Deceiving photos, do NOT stay!!! It all started when we tried to check in and the young guy told us that we needed a hard copy reservation from Expedia; this was odd to us. After contacting Expedia he finally found our reservation in his system. He was absolutely clueless, rude and never once answered the phone which rang nonstop. We were asked for a $40 cash deposit; this was another odd thing since what can $40 cover in damages? Well the $40 cash deposit is only extra tax free money in their pockets because in a few days when we checked out at 5AM to be at the airport for 6AM; the staff working that morning told me to return at 7AM when the office opened, even though he had the money in the draw with other deposits. I called the office about my deposit when I landed in NJ; they said I can only get it back in person. I called numerous times for the manager who was never available and never once returned my calls. Expedia even tried to contact them. What a SCAM!! The people/quests hanging around inside the lobby and around the property appeared very sketchy. I was constantly looking over my shoulder and very aware of my surroundings, especially in the evenings. It also appears that this “hotel” if you can call it one; has 90 percent full time residence; since the balconies were cluttered with personal items/junk that has been there for some time. I’m guessing this place is used for state funded low income housing. BTW, a school bus pulls into the parking lot every morning. Getting back to our stay; the room smelled like cigarettes and mold even thou we requested a nonsmoking room. I’m not sure how old those photos are, but let me warn everyone that the place is a dump. The furniture is falling apart, bed sheets with stains, doors that barely lock, TV with three channels, poor Wi-Fi that drops out every few minutes if you can connect. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this dump, it makes them look bad.
