This place needs to be closed, sanitary inspection is a must... A soon as I walked in, I wanted to leave , reception girl was very nice, but as soon as you walked inside the rooms, urine, smoke and dead rat smell takes over, room was terrible, couches were stained, mattress was rumbling badly, sheets old and cigarette holes on it. Furniture broken, toilet over floating and sink too, a hole on the bathroom door, mildew stains on the shower floor... called expedia and bc we came late they could not cancel that night, but early in the morning we left the hotel... the worst place I every stayed.... dont save $20 or $30 dlls is not worth i

Don't stay here!!! My son and I were on a road trip and needed a bit of rest. Stopped here, signed and payed for the room. Huge mistake! The room smelled and the beds were sunken in. I went back out to the desk and told the lady at the counter that the room was awful and I wanted a refund. She told me that she doesn't do refunds. I told her the room stunk. This appeared to make her mad because her next words were "Get the F-ck out" I left immediately and tried to get my money back over the next couple of days and the owner lied and said I stayed there the whole night. A shady guy running a filthy hotel with shady practices. Carma will catch up to you. I think maybe this hotel is suited best for prostitutes and drug dealers.

Most disgusting place I've ever been in. Greeted by a sign tgat said "No refunds, no exceptions" , clerk too busy on her phone to acknowledge guests. Outdated rooms wouldn't have been so bad if they were clean and well maintained but the bathroom had peaking paint, mold on walls, ceiling and around the tub. Toilet was keakung and tgere was a cinstsnt ouddke of water in front of it. The lights in the room didn't work and found a roach crawling on the wall. Barely slept, worried about bugs and left without a shower in the gross bathroom. Spend a few extra bucks for the peace of mind being in a clean room.

Brown banded Cockroaches the sheets needed to be change from the start, they were stained with what looked like pee and blood, The front desk lady (manger) was very nice about changing the sheets. She was very helpful. The room was very trashed. People have carved names in the wood furniture. The carpet is NASTY!! The walls are discussing. Sadly we were in a major rush to get to a family function so we didn’t see much of the nasty until the next morning. And all of the other hotels we have stayed before in Phoenix were booked. So more or less this was the left overs! Very disappointed is how ran down the hotel was. Everything was broken. Woodwork in the bathroom damaged. Toilet not fastened down, it felt like it was going to tip over. The shower rod was falling down. The water spigot had a gaping hole behind it. The water never turned off. Now for the bathroom infested with little brown banded cockroaches, when we talked to the staff about it, they said they will investigate it. They asked if we wanted to stay one more night. Nice jester, but wouldn’t ever stay there again ever, even if it was the last room in Phoenix. I️ feel sorry for the staff.
