Fantastic customer service Brandon who was the AGM was professional, courteous, and what all Hiltons should strive for in customer service. Since the pandemic it's hard to get this type of customer service and Brandon exceeded all expectations.

False Advertising/Sales I booked a handicap accessible room with 2 queen sized beds on the Hilton website for this hotel in Raleigh, NC and once I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that there are no handicap accessible rooms with 2 beds in the hotel. This happened once before at a Hilton hotel in Acworth, GA and apparently Hilton does not have any handicap rooms with two beds but they advertise that they do on their website. My handicapped mother with me will not be able to take a shower during our stay because she cannot get into the tub. I had to settle for a regular room with two beds because every hotel in town is booked for the busy weekend. One of the beds in the room had a mysterious stain on it as shown in the photo. I will not stay at another Hilton hotel again! They falsely advertised the rooms they had available and the person at the front desk was not sympathetic to our situation and had an attitude with us. The only reason we didn’t demand a refund is because I had no choice. But I guarantee I will never stay at another Hilton.

Never again As a Hilton Diamond member I can not believe that this is even remotely connected with them. The room was in disrepair. It was cool and windy outside and the sliding door offered no help and upon checking there was a 1/8 inch gap around the the door which constantly whistled in the wind. The only way to mute this was by stuffing the crack with toilet paper. Also had the smallest bathroom. Will never recommend a doubletree to anyone.

Soon to close This property has been sold, and will close permanently on May 31, 2022. I forgot a jacket in the closet of the room I checked out of, and it's gone forever, despite my repeated efforts to contact the responsible managers. Great location, decent facility, but with the closure looming over the staff, don't expect them to sacrifice their personal interests, for those of the property, or its guests.

Disappointment The cleanliness was the worse I’ve experienced in a hotel. The surrounding of the toilet was soiled with urine and hairs and there was trash on the floor. I mentioned this to the front desk and they took care of it… partially, since trash was still left on the floor, suggesting that the floor was not completely cleaned, but only the most obvious part! Very disappointing for a Hilton (or any hotel!)…
