Not safe Front desk staff was so friendly, but that’s were the good experience ended. For a smoke free hotel the entire 4th floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. We found a stinkbug in our room, the sink flooded, and the guests across the room were clearly doing some illegal activities. We had a run in into them once where we did not feel safe as a guest was tripping on something that wasn’t just weed. We asked to be moved floors, and although the second floor smelled a bit better, the room was incredibly humid, the shower curtain rod was falling off, and we had to fix a leaky toilet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but especially not to any families with young children. For over $100 a night, this ain’t it. Never coming back.

This hotel needs some tlc The furniture is worn. Doors barely work. Toilet wanted to fall over. Holes in walls. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t stay here again and I’m not sure where or how this hotel gets these kind of reviews. The front desk clerk is very nice but the hotel needs a refresh.

Front desk if I can give this property a 10 I would, the check in process was Great fast and professional my suite was nice with a big tv thank you so much Laila and Brittney at the front desk you guys really helped me and my family out GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . best property on S Saunders This property was the best property on S. saunders st. i came in and got checked in within 5 minutes , although it was very busy Laila And Brittney Made me and my family a Priority. they helped Us up the stairs to the room with our luggage, the room was cold and smelled like lavender i cant' thank them enough. team work makes the dream work Thank yalllll. :) ,

ROACHES, ANTS AND SMELLS with a side of UNETHICAL CORPORATE BEHAVIOR If I could give this location a negative 5 if I would. Please do not stay here people. FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only "affordable place." As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people.
